Present time

"That was.." Beomgyu was in shock after seeing everything.

"You feel betrayed right?" Hyunjin said, "That wasn't how Soobin showcased himself when you all first met."

Beomgyu nodded, "I never expected him to be like that.."

Hyunjin continued to walk around the blank white room. They watched the gruesome murder of Choi Sooyoung, who died to her own son.

"So at this point, it's whether or not you want to change everything from that timeline," Hyunjin turned towards him, "Maybe then he wouldn't be a psycho bitch."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Go back in time as a director or something, and then talk Soobin out of murder. Pretty simple if you ask me."

"Easier said than done.."

Talk Soobin out of it. How would he do that though? It's not as easy talking someone out of murder as people think. Beomgyu sat on the ground and continued thinking about how he could possibly talk Soobin out of murder. What would possibly stop him?

Wait.

"Shouldn't I talk to his mom instead?"

Beomgyu looked over at Hyunjin, and she just shrugged, "Idunno"

"I mean, there's clearly a motive behind every murder, right? His motive was to get his mom out of his life for him to be an actor. If I can convince his mom to let him follow his dreams, then he probably wouldn't feel the need to kill her anymore."

"Sure, do as you must. I am just a bystander in this situation."

"GIVE ME THE BLUEBERRIES!"

Hyunjin handed Beomgyu the bowl of blueberries, and he gladly ate a few of them. His right eye glowed a bright white and the portal in the middle of the floor started to change colors.

"Ow! I'll never get used to this pain.."

Beomgyu then jumped into the portal, making his way to the other timeline to prevent everything.

January 6, 2008

It was the film set of Choi Sooyoung's new movie, Winter Falls. A movie depicting the love between a South Korean college student and a North Korean spy. The scene they were filming was very emotional, showcasing the North Korean's backstory.

A young boy who just needed to get a ride to the capital of North Korea, Pyongyang. Even with his sick little sister, tons of people just passed him. It wasn't until he met the chairman of The Party to give him a helping hand.

Though, the staff team ran into a slight issue.

They didn't have a child actor to play as the little boy.

Their last one got too busy, and eventually had to cancel. So they haven't been able to find a new one since. Every single one they found was either busy or just couldn't make it to the shoot. It was stressful.

"Choi Sooyoung!"

Sooyoung turned around to see a staff member holding a piece of paper and a clipboard. He looked new, so maybe he needed help with something.

"Hm? Are you a new staff member? I've never seen you here before." Sooyoung said with a confused pout as she looked down at the new staff member. He looked fairly young too, possibly in his late teens, early twenties.

"Oh- uh, yeah! Yeah I just transferred here today as the director's assistant." The staff member said, "Listen, I know we're lacking an actor, so is it okay if I make a suggestion to you?"

Sooyoung pouted again as she started thinking, "Hmm, sure go ahead."

'I guess that pout just runs in the family.'

"Well, I was thinking.." the staff member then pointed at a young boy sitting in one of the far away seats, "Maybe him?"

"Soobin? My son?!"

Soobin looked over at his mother who had called his name, and Sooyoung just smiled at him, then pulled the director's assistant into a corner where no one else would hear them.

"I understand that you're new here, but I think that it should've been known to you that my son clearly isn't allowed in any acting." Sooyoung whispered, and the assistant frowned.

"Come on! He's your son. The great Choi Sooyoung! Surely your acting skills have rubbed off on him."

"He's not capable of acting!"

"Have you ever seen him act before?"

Sooyoung went silent.

"Uhhhh."

"Exactly!" The assistant beamed, "Give him a chance. If he doesn't do well, we'll just look for another."

Sooyoung sighed, "Alright, fine. We'll give it a shot."

The director's assistant clapped in joy, "Alright then! Let's go tell him."

"Wait wait wait, what's your name?" Sooyoung asked before going towards her son.

"Me? I'm..."

The assistant was..thinking? Why would he have to think about what his name is?

"I'm Choi Beomgyu. If you happen to hear my name in the future, it's nothing more than a coincidence."
