"Wow! Success!" Hyunjin clapped, "Now all we have to do is pray it all worked out right."
"Aren't you a god?"
"SHSHSHHSHSH!"
Beomgyu sighed and he fell back onto the ground, clearly exhausted.
"So..do I go back to the present time now?"
"You can if you want, I don't care." Hyunjin shrugged, "I just thought you would've wanted to fix things with your parents as well."
"Right..."
His parents. Hm. He never thought about that. To him, it seemed impossible to even fix things. His parents were unreasonable, and if they were to force him to marry that girl that he didn't even know, there would be no changing their mind.
"I'm good, just take me back to the present." Beomgyu said.
Hyunjin nodded and brought out the bowl of blueberries, throwing them towards him.
"If things don't work out in your favor, I have nothing to do with this." Hyunjin glared at him, and Beomgyu slowly nodded.
He ate the blueberries, and the portal in the middle of the floor opened up. He looked at Hyunjin, then at the portal. Something about him was unsure and scared about what would happen if he went through that portal.
"It'll just take you back to May 18th. When you guys were walking to Soobin's house." Hyunjin said.
"That was the same day that Taehyun died.."
"His death was in your control, correct? Just don't murder him, it shouldn't be that hard."
"But-"
"CHOI BEOMGYU IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR ASS IN THAT PORTAL I WILL SWITCH REALITY BACK TO WHAT IT WAS." Hyunjin yelled at him and he quickly made his way to the portal.
"If this doesn't work, I'm blaming it on you!" Beomgyu said before falling into it.
"Selfish brat." Hyunjin said to herself.

"Hello..? Earth to Choi Beomgyu!"
"Wha- AH!"
Taehyun had been trying to get Beomgyu's attention for the past 5 minutes now. He seemed to be spacing out, so the four boys had to stop in their tracks just to get him back to Earth.
"Yah..we could've been at Soobin's house already!" Yeonjun scoffed.
"You've been spacing out a lot recently.." Taehyun pouted, "Are you okay?"
Beomgyu looked at his surroundings, seeing Taehyun right in front of his face, Yeonjun glaring at him behind, and Kai looking at the ground with a frown.
"Wha- oh my god!" Beomgyu suddenly smiled and gave Taehyun a tight hug. Something that didn't go unnoticed by Kai.
"YOU'RE ALIVE!"
"Yeah..?" Taehyun said confused, but hugged him back.
"Yeonjun-hyung! I'm so glad you're okay!" Beomgyu exclaimed, "Kai I'm sorry I couldn't protect you."
"What the hell is this guy on?" Kai scoffed.
"Listen, Beomgyu, whatever you have going on, I need you to cut it out immediately!" Yeonjun huffed, "We're about to meet THE Choi Sooyoung you cannot ruin this for me!"
"She's alive?!"
"My god, did you go back in time or something?"
Taehyun just patted the older's back and soon pulled away from the hug, "Your spacing out is driving you insane.."
Beomgyu shrugged, "I guess so."
"COME ON ALREADY!" Yeonjun yelled, "WE COULD'VE BEEN AT SOOBIN'S HOUSE ALREADY IF IT WEREN'T FOR YOU!"
"Right!"
The four boys started walking again, this time Yeonjun was more running, but that's okay! What mattered is that the three boys were alive, and from what he heard, Soobin's mother was alive and healthy as well.
Just as things should be.
Something seemed off though.
He could feel the glare of someone piercing through his soul.
He looked around, and saw Hueningkai glaring right at him as he was holding onto Taehyun's hand.
'Did I do something wrong..?' Beomgyu pouted to himself and just looked at the ground. Surely he was just mad that he wasted time, right?
The boys made it in front of a brightly lit mansion, and they all looked at it in awe. This wasn't the house that Beomgyu saw in the psycho and deadly timeline. The absence of Soobin's mother really seemed to play a huge role in his life.
"Ooh! YEONJUN-HYUNG!"
Soobin started running towards Yeonjun, and enveloped him in a tight hug. Yeonjun ruffled the younger's hair and smiled at him.
"Why hello there Soobin-ah."
"BLEGH! Gay people.." Kai said in disgust.
"Oh shush! You wish that you could do the same thing with Tae-"
"OH WOW! PRIDE MONTH IS NEXT MONTH! I guess I should start getting used to your relationship!" Kai quickly blurted out.
"Tae? Tae who? Tae me?" Taehyun asked
Kai shook his head, "Nonono! Not Tae you! Yeonjun is just blurting out whatever."
Taehyun looked at him with a suspicious pout, but then smiled, as if oblivious to what just happened, "OKAY!"
Just then, a woman in a black dress with her hair in a bun walked out the door and smiled.
"Soobinie!" The woman smiled, "Are these your friends?"
Soobin nodded, "Yup! This is Choi Yeonjun, the one that seems in shock right now.. Kang Taehyun, Hueningkai, and Choi Beomgyu is in the back over there!"
"Choi Beomgyu?"
"Yup!"
"I feel like I've heard that name before.."
Soobin just shrugged, "Maybe I've mentioned him before."
"Ah..well, it's a pleasure to meet you Mrs. Choi." Beomgyu bowed.
"Please! Just call me Sooyoung! No need to be so formal."
Beomgyu just nodded.
"Come inside! My mom made japchae!" Soobin led his friends into the house, and Sooyoung watched them all walk inside. Beomgyu stayed behind them a bit, and then turned his head towards Sooyoung.
"I told you, if you heard my name in the future, it's nothing but a coincidence."
