The day Mikey got discharged

Third POV:

12:55 PM

The smell of chalk on the board, the sound of pencil scraping against the papers, and whispers of students as they chattered away while the teacher sat at their desk reading a book. The patter of rain against the classroom window, was lulling Y/n to sleep. The nights she stayed at the hospital, was not the best idea. Only getting three-four hours asleep while keeping an eye on Mikey, she didn't get any sleep.

Thankfully Mikey is getting discharged today. Sad thing, Y/n is stuck at school. At least Draken will be there to pick him up, so that's good at least. Sighing, Y/n layed her head down as she stared out the window. As the rain kept coming down, Y/n was ready to go home. All she wants to do is cuddle up in her blanket with a hot cup of tea as she drifts off to sleep with the sound of rain in the back ground. Sadly she's stuck here, surrounded by the same dreary white walls.

With the clock ticking away on the wall and being surrounded by her peers, Y/n felt like she was going to go insane. Oh how she wish Mikey would burst in here and take her away from this hell hole. Sadly that won't be happening any time soon.

As if the gods up above heard her plea, the bell rings. Slowly standing up, Y/n and the rest of her peers packed up their things as they ushered out of room. Unfortunately for Y/n, she felt like everything was going in slow motion. The sound of her feet, echoed in her ears as everything seemed to speed past her. She could feel her eye lids shutter close as her body felt like it was getting pulled down by gravity. And just like that, everything went dark.

Down the hall, Mitsuya was making his way to Y/n classroom. The last few days the sense of worry was growing inside him. The feeling of something was off about Y/n, was gnawing in the back of his head. So that morning he decided he would check up on her. And man was he glad.

As he kept walking down the hallway, his lavender eyes caught the glimpse of the said girl, stumbling her way down the hallway. Quick on his feet, Mitsuya ran over to her, just in time as her body began to collapse toward the cold floor. Gathering her frail body into his arms as he slid across the tile floors, Mitsuya caught her just in time.

"N/n? N/n?!" Just hearing Y/n nickname being shouted out, all eyes were on them. Worried and panic, Mitsuya quickly got up with Y/n in his arms as he dashed down the hallway toward the nearest nurse's office. He could hear the whispers of his fellow peers as they watched.

Holding her securely in his strong arms, Mitsuya kept going until he saw the familiar door. Quickly stopping, Mitsuya caught his breath before charging in the room.
