Later that nightAfter the fiasco that involved Hanma, things seemed to calm down. Waking up from my much needed nap, I was in the kitchen, finishing up my gift for Mikey. Oh and Wakasa was still here.
Once I had woken up, he texted Mikey letting him know I was awake and alright. Mikey was more than thrilled to hear that. Of course he asked Wakasa to keep me busy while he was done setting things up for our anniversary. Little did he know I was already busy getting his gift done.
With the last batch in the oven, I sat my ass down on the couch and layed my head on Wakasa shoulder. Its been awhile since I last saw him. Just having him here, made my heart swell up. To me, he was a big brother I never had. And the fact that my father had asked him to keep an eye on Mr, was sweet. And man was I happy that my father had asked him too. If Wakasa and Mikey haven't been here, I would be screwed.
As the two of us cuddled up on the couch, watching some sitcom on the TV, the timer went off. Feeling giddy, I jumped off the couch and toward the kitchen. Putting my oven mits on, I opened the oven and pulled the last batch out. With them looking perfect, I layed them out for them to cool before packing them in cute little baggies I found at the convenience store.
With a proud smile on my face, I turned around and faced Wakasa. With both hands on my hips, I gave him the biggest smile. He on the other side just gave me a thumbs up with a lollipop in his mouth and a bored expression on his face. Sighing, my shoulder slumped over. "Ugh, would it kill you to smile for once?" Wakasa just rolled his eyes and he placed a grin on his face.
"Better?" Wakasa asked me. I just rolled my eyes to his response. Turning back around, I began to clean the kitchen up with Wakasa help. It took us at least thirty minutes to get the kitchen clean, which to me, is good timing since it takes me at least a hour to finish.
Once everything was done and Mikey's gift all wrapped up, I made my way back on the couch. Feeling warn out and bored, I looked over my shoulder at Wakasa. "What time is Mikey coming to pick me up again?"
Wakasa looked down at his phone before answering me. "He said he will be here around 6:30-7ish." Nodding my head, I looked at the time on my phone.
16:30 P.M.
I have about two hours to get ready. Deciding to take a shower, I got my lazy ass up and walked up the stairs. With Wakasa downstairs, I knew I was in safe hands. Picking my outfit out for tonight, I set it on my bed along with a pair of black heels. With a towel in hand, I made my way to the bathroom. Starting the shower, I stripped from my clothing as I waited for the warm water to shoot out.
Once the warm water was ready, I climbed in. Feeling the warm water falling down my sore body, I could feel my self being rejuvenated. Grabbing my shampoo, I washed my hair before rinsing it out. Massaging the conditioner through my hair, I grabbed my cherry blossom soap bottle and lathered my body with it. Just the smell of the soap, calmed my nerves.
