Christmas Day
Third POV:
Christmas Day.
For many, it was the most magical time of the year—a day when families gathered together beneath the glow of colorful lights, exchanging gifts and sharing laughter. Children dressed in their finest clothes ran through warm homes filled with excitement, while adults proudly showed off their newest possessions and celebrated late into the night.
Elegant dishes sat upon pristine tablecloths, their warm aromas filling dining rooms as conversations and laughter echoed through the halls.
For Y/n, Hakkai, Yuzuha, and a few others, however, Christmas would never feel the same again.
Because tonight wasn't about celebration.
Tonight was about ending something.
Tonight, Taiju Shiba would meet his end—or so several of them believed.

Thick snow descended silently upon Tokyo, coating the streets in white. The city was unusually peaceful beneath the winter sky, almost as though it had no idea what was about to unfold.
On one side of town, Mikey and Draken rode their motorcycles alongside Shinichiro, enjoying what appeared to be a peaceful Christmas night.
On the other side of the city, Hakkai and Y/n prepared themselves for the plan that would soon come to life.
For Hakkai, the objective was simple.
End Taiju's reign.
For Y/n, however, the objective was different.
She didn't intend to kill Taiju.
She wanted to expose him for the person he truly was and have him stripped of his position within the Black Dragons.
Once Taiju was gone from the organization, Hakkai and Yuzuha could finally breathe.
At least, that was the plan.
Meanwhile, Takemichi and Chifuyu had made their own decision.
They were going to stop them.
They intended to keep Hakkai and Y/n from walking down a path they might never be able to return from.
And if that meant standing against Taiju themselves...
Then so be it.
Taiju, meanwhile, remained completely unaware of the storm heading toward him.
