I forgot my lunch again today :P share yours with me
I roll my eyes at Arai's message. It's the third time this week he's 'forgotten' his lunch which means he ends up eating half of mine... I should start charging him for it?
As I close my shoes into my locker, I feel my hair being yanked back and I yelp, spinning around with a frown. My frown intensifies when I see that stupid blonde beanstalk snickering with those stupid head phones around his neck and stupid glasses.
"The heck was that for!?" I hiss, slamming my locker closed and crossing my arms.
"Oh I'm sorry, please forgive me. I don't feel like getting slapped again," he grins and I roll my eyes, pushing past him.
"And my two weeks of freedom have ended it seems!" I call out to him, looking over my shoulder.
"Oh believe me, things are just getting started~" He smirks as I furrow my eyebrows, storming away with my fists clenched.
The day passed by how it normally would, only one thing was different. Tsukishima was obviously going out of his way to piss me off. He'd pull my hair whenever walking behind me, insult me any chance he got, laugh at every little stumble or trip I'd have, and the worst part about it was he's enjoying every moment of it. If no one noticed his behavior towards me before, it's more than obvious now even Arai has asked me about it and offered to speak to Tsukishima for me, I declined of course.
The day dragged on until I had finished training and stare gloomily at the vending machine. Arai had to hurry home because his little sister needed to be looked after tonight so I'm still at school alone. Every muscle in my body aches from the intense training I've been doing to prepare myself for the qualifiers. None of the drinks in the vending machine interest me and I rub my shoulder, wincing at the stiff and tight muscle until a sharp pain in my leg draws my attention to it. Shocking me, I see blood run down an open cut on my knee that I got during training, but didn't realize the severity of it. To make things worse, I feel a bag get thrown into my back and I yelp, spinning around in shock with wide eyes.
"You're blocking the machine," Tsukishima's sly voice says as he stands in front of me with his hands in his pockets.
"Do I seriously have to deal with you right now?" I huff with annoyance in my voice.
"Aw this is the thanks I get?" I raise an eyebrow in confusion and he nods his head towards the bag lying on the floor after being thrown at me. I crouch down and peek inside it, only to see the sweets and snacks I brought to his house yesterday in there. Looking up at him I tilt my head.
"Why are you giving them back?" I ask and he shrugs.
"You asked for them, plus your taste is disgusting those things are full of sugar," I roll my eyes, standing with the bag in my clutch.
"Why didn't you give them to your brother? At least he would've appreciated them unlike his rude younger sibling," Tsukishima clenches his jaw. Did I touch a nerve?
"Whatever just stop being a whiny brat and accept them back," he says and I just groan in response, eager to get somewhere I can clean the blood off my leg.
"Whatever Tsukishima," I say. I take a step forward, but I wince softly but unfortunately Tsukishima noticed.
"What's wrong with you?" He says and I shake my head quickly.
"Nothing I'm just tired so I'm going home," I try to walk past but he tightly grabs my wrist, stopping me. I look at him with a glare over my shoulder but he ignores me and spins me around, crouching down. "Hey you weirdo what are you doing-"
