We ended up playing for the entire day. We all ended up getting pretty competitive, Arai and Suzu both standing as they focus on the game, and Tsukishima ended up sitting on the floor with his back against the couch.

At first, he sat behind me purely to help me with the game... but we ended up staying in this position because it was a lot more comfortable than we thought it would be. I lean my back against his chest as I sit between his legs, holding the controller up as I desperately try to beat the other two. He smiles as he watches my focused face, unable to bring his attention away from the smell of my shampoo mixed with my perfume. He loves the warmth of having her against him and he'd give anything to just pull her closer to him and bury his head into her neck, but he'll hold himself back for now since they're still in the early ages of dating.

I finally manage to beat the two and I sit up, startling him and bringing him out of his day dream.

"I did it!" I squeal, turning to face him and he smiles widely. He holds his hand up and I excitedly high five him as the other two flop back onto the couch.

"You never would've beaten us if it wasn't for him!" Arai huffs and I grin proudly.

"Just admit it I'm finally better than you!" I tease and he glares at me making me giggle.

"Ok stop arguing you two are giving me a headache!" Suzu hisses and then she furrows her eyebrows. "We ran out of snacks... Kou why do you have no food here!?" He gasps dramatically.

"How is that my fault! You and Shibuki are the ones who ate literally all the food!" He says and Suzu and I giggle together.

"Tsukishima and I can go pick up some snacks! Right?" I turn to him and he just shrugs, walking over to the front door. "Be back soon!" I say running after him.

We walk to the convenience store near Arai's house, and he walks behind me as I wander through the aisles.

"What should we get?" I hum and he just shrugs. "Helpful," I huff, eventually just grabbing some different favors of chips and some drinks. I wait in the line to pay, looking down at the basket as Tsukishima puts something in. He put a small strawberry shortcake into it and I look at him confused.

"What? I like strawberry shortcake?" He says and I smirk.

"Well the other two will be angry if we don't buy them one."

"Let's just not tell them then," he says and I go to protest, but he pushes me up since it's our turn to pay so I just give in.

We then get back to Arai's house and we walk in with the bags.

"Arai?! Yui!?" I call out as we walk back into the living room and place the bags on the couch. They're nowhere to be found. "That's strange... where are they?" I say and we both walk around the house calling out their names. They're gone? "Let me call them," I huff. I call Yui and she answers after a bit.

"What's up!" She sings and I pinch the bridge of my nose as Tsukishima sits on the couch, watching me pace around the living room.

"What's up?! Where did you two go?" I say and she laughs awkwardly.

"We didn't think you two would be so quick... I was suddenly really craving curry so Kou and I went to get some ingredients!" She says and I deadpan.

"Why didn't you just ask Tsukishima and I to get it?!"

"Oh yeah... that probably would've been smarter..." she hums and I sigh. "Relax we won't be long! Then we can all have curry for dinner!"

"I swear you two are getting your butts kicked when you get back!" She giggles.
