"And do you also plan on mentioning how you've continued to hurt her on multiple occasions?" He says sarcastically.

"Arai that's enough," I try to diffuse the situation as the boys stare each other down.

"No no, he's right," Tsukishima says with a forced smile. "By the way Suzu, I've been bullying ugly over here for as long as I've known her, as well as make her cry and hate me," he says with a smile and Suzu chuckles awkwardly.

"I-I see," she says and I rub my temples with a sigh.

"But I hope Arai hasn't left anything out either? Like the fact he was so in love with ugly that he pretended she didn't exist after getting rejected, only until he found a rebound which happened to be you," he says and my eyes widen as I elbow Tsukishima's side forcefully, making him wince.

"Tsukishim!" I hiss and he looks at me with a frown, but Suzu laughs making us look at her confused.

"I know all about that! I mean I get why Kou had feelings for Shibuki, she's much more beautiful than me!" She says and my jaw drops. More beautiful than her!? Is she seeing me clearly!? "Kou told me everything and I'm ok with it, I mean we hadn't even met while he liked Shibuki so that's none of my business," she smiles happily as I blink in shock. She is literally the perfect girl. "It seems that there's a little tension here..." she says and I groan, leaning my head in my hands.

"There is tension because I still can't believe that Shibuki is giving this dirt bag a chance!" Arai huffs and Tsukishima scoffs.

"It's embarrassing she'd rather give the guy who bullied her a chance over her bestfriend," he says with a cocky smile as Arai clenches his fists.

"You should be on your knees thanking her since she's probably one of the only people who believe you're a good person-" I stand up abruptly, making everyone look at me confused as I glare at the two boys.

"I asked you two to try and get along and neither of you are trying. If you could stop being petty for one day that'd be really nice. I'm going to the bathroom," I leave the table and step into the bathroom, taking deep breaths.

I don't like it when people don't get along because of me. Arai would be fine with Tsukishima if I never felt hurt by Tsukishima's actions, and Tsukishima would be fine with Arai if Arai never had feelings for me. This is just like when my dad used to say I was the reason he and mama fell out of love. I don't want to be the reason of anyone's unhappiness.

"Hey..." Suzu says as she walks in and I flinch, smiling at her.

"Hi... Look I'm so sorry about them. I probably should've known this wasn't going to go well but I wanted to give them a chance. If this is awkward, Tsukishima can leave and you and Arai can stay-"

"Shibuki!" She grabs my hands making me stop and she just smiles warmly. "It's ok, no one is going home yet ok?" She says and I nod slowly. "I don't know much about the relationship between you and Tsukishima, but I know Kou cares about you so much," she says and I stare at the ground. "I'm sure it's the same for Tsukishima... if he really didn't care about you then he wouldn't be waiting out there for you to get back," she says and I laugh weakly.

"I just want them to get along," I mumble and she rubs my arm soothingly.

"The two aren't going to magically make up after one day, it'll take time so just be patient with them," she says and I take a deep breath, before smiling and nodding.

"You're right, they're both big boys they can work things out themselves," I say and she giggles nodding. "Thank you Suzu, I know we just met but this is really nice of you to do for me," I say and she laughs.
