Day 10: Perfect Imperfections

A second part of Day 9...

Jake's POV

Hindi ko alam ano masasabi o iisipin ko sa pinagsasabi ni Clifford, bumilis yung pagtibok ng puso ko habang nag-eexplain siya. Hindi naman ako bakla pero bakit nababakla ako sa kanya?

And he also liked it, hindi ko madeny kasi habang tumagal yung nangyari kagabi ay mas lalo akong naging comfortable sa pakiramdam na kasama ko siya nun pero alam kong one thing lang yun, Need kong kausapin sina Jean tungkol nito.

hindi naman siya naligo pero mabango parin siya kaya naiinggit ako. "You ready?" tanong niya at tumango naman ako, kinuha niya yung susi at pumasok agad sa kotse niya. I looked around at nakita ko si Jean pero nung pupunta sana ako sa kanya ay biglang lumabas si Clifford at hinila ako papasok sa kotse niya.

"Dapat sakin ka sasama, hindi sa iba." basta ambilis niyang matuto hindi katulad sakin.

"Ready for your exam because cheating is not that easy, make one wrong move and your dead." explain niya pero bakit kailangan ko pa yun? alam ko naman paano magcheat at alam ko din ano mangyayari kapag nahuli ako. Pagdating namin sa school ay bago ako lumabas ay napansin kong masyado siyang tulala.

"Goodluck on your exam." sabi niya napa-ngiti naman ako.

"thanks, ingat ka." Umalis ako at pagdating ko sa classroom ay nandun na si Ma'am English naghihintay sakin, pumasok ako at binigyan niya ako ng test paper.

Clifford's POV

Nung pumasok si Jake sa classroom, i was behind of the class just watching him do his test, i notice his friends coming but i didn't mind them. I just continued watching him and then...

"Si Clifford ba yun?"

"Uyy Clifford." oh great, there here.

I looked at them and they were just asking me questions and questions, i didn't listen to their questions and continued to look at Jake but there is one question that really got my attention.

"Clifford, crush mo si Jake noh?" i looked at Kirt with a deadly glare but he just laugh at it, i know that he is a joker but he can be stubborn for sometimes.

"Hindi, i dont have a crush on Jake." but he still laughs and thinks that i have a crush on Jake. I ignored him and just continue to watch him taking his test and suddenly the world just turned into a slow motion while i was looking at him and there he was all his flaws was turned into perfect imperfection and at that moment i felt in my heart beating to a person, I never thought that i would feel this feeling again.

"Clifford?" then everything stops when i saw him infront of me and i was just startled, i didn't notice that he was already done. I didn't answer him and just walked away, damn you clifford.

Jake's POV

Hindi ako sinagot ni Clifford at agad naman siyang umalis, susundin ko sana siya pero pinigilan ako ni Jean. Tinignan ko siya but halatang halata sa mukha niya na dapat di ko siya susundin, sinusunod ko si Jean kasi siya ang mature sa aming apat habang si--

"May crush sayo si Clifford yiiee." sabi ni Kirt at agad naman siyang binatukan ni Jean, lumapit si Jean sakin at dun na ako kinabahan kasi nandun na yung seryoso niyang mukha.

"We need to talk about Clifford, tomorrow at my house." sabi niya at tumango nalang ako.

Clifford's POV

Hinintay ko silang umalis at agad naman akong pumunta sa classroom at nandun si Ma'am na nagcheck sa testpaper ni Jake.

"Ma'am, can i ask you a favor?" all my courage is being tested by i remind myself that this is all for Jake, i dont want him to feel upset even if he didn't pass.

"Sure, what is your favor?" she said and i pray to God that she would accept.

"Can you please pass Jake on his exam?" she was slightly confuse but still laugh in the end.

"Even if i caught him cheating, i dont want to be the reason why my late bestfriend's son failed his education so i will let him pass this one. Thanks for teaching him atleast one lesson." i was shock but thankful about her acceptance of Jake.
