Chapter 31

The mid term break was over, Timi's parents were back earlier than expected, Timi had all his things packed and ready to go, but he had school so he had to wait till after to return home.

Jason and Timi didn't know where to move from there in their relationship, Jason still has a thing for Zino and Timi is still technically dating Moyo.

Timi had no idea about Zino and Jason so it was never mentioned, but Jason wanted Timi to end things with Moyo, Timi didn't want to have to be the one to end things so he had to do something that'd make Moyo want to end things with him.

Jason found himself spiraling in his own thoughts again, if Timi hadn't broken things off between them, none of this would have happened and things would've been normal for the most part.

"So what about us?" Jason holds Timi's hands

"Don't worry, I'd see what I can do... " Timi said.

"Why don't you just end things with her? You seemed pretty good at it the last time" Jason shades Timi.

Timi picked a little offense from his statement but overlooked it since he deserved it "see I don't want to be the bad guy anymore, Moyo already hates me as it is, it's only a matter of time..."

Jason had to believe him, Timi carried his bag and was about to leave, Jason called him back before he opened the room door and starts kissing him.

Chika had been awake for a while but didn't want to leave his bed for school because of everything that happened, he can no longer look Malik in the eye again, it'd be worse if Lateef found out.

Tope hadn't gotten back to Chika, he tried calling her again but she wasn't reachable at the moment, he knew he was done for, he planned to skip school for a few days till everything blows over and Malik forgets all about it.

His plan was cut short when his mum walked into his room, Chika's parents had come home very late the other night and he expected them to be out by 5 this morning but it turns out it was only his dad.

"Chika aren't you going to school?" Chika's mum asked.

"Mummy I'm not feeling too well" Chika faked coughed.

"Is this what you do when we're not around?"

"I'm serious mummy...My head is paining me" Chika gently rubs his head.

"Go and drink paracetamol and start getting ready for school please, we'd see the doctor after"

Chika had to listen to her cause she wasn't buying anything he was saying, Chika nearly fainted when he got up from his bed, if only he had, maybe his mum would've believed him then.

Jason and Timi took a detour to the abandoned building at their school before getting to class.

Jason led the way to a hidden spot in the building at the back.

"Why did you bring me here?" Timi asked Jason

"Stephanie told me about somewhere here private when I went to her house... "

"What do you want to do?"

Jason dragged Timi there and decided to finish what he started before Timi ended things.

"Jason stop! what if someone comes and sees us" Timi worries.

"Relax no one knows about this place... except Stephanie and Beamer..." Jason went back down on him.

This made Timi even more worried but Jason was doing such a great job down there that made all of Timi's worries go away.

In SSS3 block, Stephanie hissed when Lekan walked into the class, Lekan couldn't care less, he went to his seat but saw Malik sitting there beside Lateef.

"What are you doing here?" Lekan asked.

"Abeg no vex I wan ask am something" Lateef pleaded in vernacular.

Tope walked in carrying her sister's bag who was just behind her, Tope knew something was off when she saw Malik in the class but she couldn't figure out what, she wanted to try getting answers by making eye contact with Malik but he wouldn't look her way.

"Have you collected the extra textbooks?" Moyo drew Tope's attention back.

"No, they said during break I should come" Tope said.

Moyo had something to tell Tope but she couldn't remember so she kept Tope waiting.

Olamide entered the class to meet Lateef, since he called him.

"I've been waiting for you" Lateef knocked Olamide's head "next time don't keep me waiting....did you know about my brother and Chika?"

"No!" Olamide responded angrily, Lateef held himself from attacking him, so he asked Olamide to call Chika instead.

Chika got to his class and didn't see Malik, this was good and bad at the same time, he could just feel it.

Olamide got in after him telling him "Senior Lateef is calling you"

Chika knew it was over for him.
