Chapter 46

It's a new school week, the final one before their exams infact. According to the school's scheme, teachers should be revising with their students this week, but most of them are at one of their colleagues retirement party.

Jason, Timi, Malvin and many others are playing away with their free time in class rather than studying for their first term exams.

"....He poured water on me to wake me up, before he escorted me home" Malvin recollects what happens between him and Zino at teen fest. "I can barely remember anything else before that"

Jason and Timi also had some explaining to do, so they tried to keep everything brief and straightforward.

"I kissed Stephanie" Jason said

"I kissed Moyo" Timi said.

"....and I kissed Zuriel.... What else is new??" Malvin asked.

Jason and Timi were surprised by how calm Malvin was, Timi tried reminding him that they're "gay" so he expected a different reaction, in which Malvin immediately replied saying "I'm not gay! I don't know about you.... But I'm not"

"He's probably still high" Jason whispers to Timi.

"Yeah" Timi responds.

Malvin slightly chuckles clearly hearing both of them.

Jason and Timi didn't take their eyes off Zuriel when she walked into the class, they stared at her til she sat down.

Zuriel finally asked "What?"

"What is your problem? Do you know how worried we were on Saturday?? You didn't even call later to tell us you've gotten home" Timi brought up the events of the previous week.

"Look I'm sorry about everything..... For now I have to go to SS2 block, please don't disturb me." Zuriel gave a halfhearted apology and left.

Jason and Timi kept staring till she walked out, Malvin didn't even know what to say.

In Chika's room, Malik walks in on Chika and Pascal making out, Malik tags along, Pascal gives room for Malik to kiss Chika, leaving Chika in between them, Chika takes turns in kissing them with both his arms wrapped around their shoulders.

Chika paid more attention to Pascal which upset Malik, they both wanted Chika all to themselves. Chika settled both of them, Pascal told Chika to move away so he could make out with Malik, Pascal and Malik started kissing passionately, Chika tried joining but Pascal told him to "shift" making Chika very confused, he couldn't just stand there and watch the two of them kiss.

"Shift" Pascal said waking Chika up on his seat in class.

Chika realized it was all a dream when he looked down and saw his area was wet. He groaned silently.

"Please shift" Pascal said again, Chika moved closer to Tope for Pascal to sit on the chair while trying to cover his area, Pascal sees what's going on but ignores it.

Stephanie and Beamer get off a tricycle at their school's bus stop at around 9AM, They point fingers at each other for who's to blame for getting to school late.

They're almost at the school when Beamer realizes Stephanie doesn't have her school bag on, only her cross bag with her. Stephanie had forgotten her school bag in the tricycle, she wasted no time blaming Beamer for it.

"How is it my fault you forgot your bag inside keke?" Beamer asked.

"If you had not started blaming me for us coming late, I'd have remembered to carry my bag" Stephanie said.

"What's even in the bag? Is your phone there?"

"No it's with me.... It's just mainly books"

They wanted to keep going to school, but Stephanie knew her mom wouldn't let her get away with loosing her bag and books.

"Let's just go back and see if we'd see the keke again" Stephanie suggested.

"What of school?" Beamer worried.

"We're not having any classes.... Most of the teachers went for Mr Akinluyi's retirement whatever"

"Do you even remember the plate number?"

"Yeah I did, just after we got down I took a quick look at the plate number incase I forgot anything inside the keke..." Stephanie responds sarcastically.

"Do you at least know what he looks like?" Beamer ignored her sarcastic remarks.

"Yes If I see his face I would remember... He was wearing something like blue or so"

Stephanie and Beamer took a quick turn back to the bus stop where they patiently waited for one out of a hundred tricycles that pass every hour.

Malvin goes to meet Zino on the field but Zino's classmate got to Zino before he did so he had to wait at the pavilion, A while passed and it didnt seem like the conversation was ending anytime soon, Malvin takes his leave.

He sees Zuriel heading to SSS2 block where he thought she already was and decides to follow her in an attempt to make Zino jealous again.

Zino actually notices them but still keeps talking to his new-found friend.
