Chapter 30: Worst Dumb

SUNNY"S POV

Ano ba yan twelve o' clock pa lang. Gusto ko ng mag-uwian

eh. Ito na yung chance ko para makita ang boys. Ano ka ba naman kasi Sunny!

Nasa harap mo na kanina si Paul di mo pa nilapitan. Baliw ka rin talaga eh. Bakit

ba ang layo ng lounge? Naiinip na ako.

"Oh there you are guys," sabi ko nung nakita ko na yung mga

kaibigan ko.

"Hi Sunshine," Bob greeted.

"Hi Sunny," Thalia said while hugging me.

"Hello," Carmina said.

"I'm sorry guys but I want you to meet my father. Daddy, this is Thalia, Bob and Carmina. And guys this is my Daddy Sam," said by another girl

"Nice to meet you Sir," they all said in chorus.

"Hello. Nice to meet you too. Just call me Uncle Sam", Daddy said.

"Oh, there's a dog,"Thalia said.

"What? Where? Daddy, there's a dog. There's a dog," I said while hysterically crying.

Oh my gosh. There's a dog. I can't breathe.

"Sunny, calm down," daddy said.

"Sunny, it's ok. It's just a dog," Bob said.

"Sweetie, I'll take care of it. Stay there and calm down. Okay?" daddy said.

"Okay," I said while catching my breathe.

Then a man wearing a hoodie and a Ray ban get the dog.

"Gotcha!" he said.

"Sunny, you're scared of dogs?" Carmina said while giggling.

"Yes, she is. Sunny, don't worry there is no more dog," daddy said while smiling.

"You're so naughty, Harley," the man said.

Akala siguro nitong lalaking to swerte sya. Teka maka-usap nga.

The man already took few steps to get out of the lounge but I pat him at the back.

"Excuse me mister. Don't you know how to hold your pet?" I said with angriness but with modulated voice.

The man turned around without looking at me. Maybe he will apologize for what he have done. But he look like someone I already know. But I can't see his face because his wearing a hoodie and a ray ban.

"I'm sorry miss," he apologized without looking at me.

"Sorry? You scared the shit out of me," I said while catching my breath.

"Again, sor-," at last he look at me but he cut his words.

What's happening to him? Is he scared of me? Did I do something wrong?

"Hoy, mister. Mister, I'm talking to you," I snapped.

"Ahm. Ahm. Sorry miss. I'm really sorry if my dog scares you," he said while looking to me. I think.

"Yes, Sunny it's okay. He already apologized," Daddy said to while hugging me.

"Sunny, don't you remember that dog?" Daddy added.

"Oh, I remember that's the dog in the middle of the street but he's with a big man then. Right?" I replied while snapping my fingers.

"I'm the owner of the dog. And the big guy you're talking about is Paul, my bod-, my uncle," the man said.
