Holy crap it's already been 6 years since I started this series! And three years since I last updated!
I'll be honest...I never anticipated returning to this series. BUT! Here we are, somehow. Things have changed so much for me personally since I first began this writer's journey. It sounds dramatic to call it that, but writing this story was and apparently still is a meaningful outlet to me.
I won't get too into details...but things have been very chaotic for me personally in the last few years. Soon I will be moving onto the next chapter in my life, which is crazy to think about. However, in the midst of some very difficult times, I found myself thinking about this story again...and I ended up writing more.
SO...here's how this is going to work. I've written out the majority of what was in my mind to write for this story now. There will be a time gap of undetermined size between where the last consistent chapter ended and when these next few chapters (yes, multiple!!) will happen. Because of this, I'm gonna number the chapters 101, 102, and so on to show the gap but also show the continuity more or less. In relation to the Hitrina snapshot I gave y'all last time...that's kind of a oneshot at this point and can fit ambiguously in the timeline as well.
I also plan on uploading this fic to AO3 (Archive of Our Own) at some point because I think that would be neat. I'll maybe try and post the link in a comment here if y'all are interested.
Anyways, that's probably enough rambling from me...thank you all so much for being a part of this epic journey! I hope you enjoy the final few chapters of this series, I wish you all the best!
