Chapter 8: Swept Away P.2

"You wanna swim back when it comes or just stay here" I asked Drake. 

"I wanna see how powerful this fucker is so I'm staying here" I laughed at his reply. I watched as the wave got bigger and bigger until it was released. It came speeding towards us, knocking me back under the water. I tumbled about in the water from the force of the wave, occasionly catching my body on the rough floor. I was probably only under for about 10 seconds but when I resurfaced I was way way back from were I was and the water barely even reached the top of my legs. I walked to the really shallow part were it only went to my ankles. I looked over my body and saw a few grazes on my arms and legs, no bleeding or anything. I looked up and scanned the pool for Drake. I spotted him a moment later running towards me with a massive smile plastered on his face. "Oh my god! That was freaking amazing!" He told me when he reached me. 

"I told you" I looked over his body and saw no grazes. "Aww, I got grazes but you didn't" I pouted. 

"Why you want me hurt?" He questioned. 

"No, I just don't see how you got nothing but I got all these" I said opening my arms. 

"Thats cos your skin is so thin and soft were as mine is thick and rough" I giggled at him giving him a slight shove. "Come on lets get back before it comes again" I burst out laughing at what he just said. 

"It came fuckin hard!" I managed to say through my uncontrollable laughter. 

"Alright Nic, come on" He dragged me along as I tried controlling my laughter. When we got back to were we were I had stop laughing and was now getting prepared for the wave. This time I aim not to be force back so far. A minute later the alarm sounded and the wave came. I was pushed back but this time when I resurfaced the water was just above my waist. When I found Drake we went again. We did about 8 waves before I got a big cut on my shoulder that was bleeding but not a lot and a small one on my forehead. When I realized I was bleeding I panicked and ran around looking for Drake. I finally found him walking through the shallow water. 

"Drake, look at my shoulder and forehead!" He held my hand and looked at my forehead then my shoulder. 

"Does it hurt" I nodded. "You should be alright but I'll take you to first aid just in case"  

"Thank you, can I have a piggy back" 

"Yup" He bent down infront of me and I climbed on his back. When he stood up I wrapped my legs around his waist and rested my head on his shoulder. Luckily first aid was only a minute away from were we were. I slid down off his back as we got to first aid and Drake knock on the door. 

"Come in" I heard a guy call. Drake opened the door and let me go in before him. "So, what can I help you with?" He asked me. 

"She got a couple cuts in the wave pool and we just wanted to see if they weren't anything serious" Drake replied. 

"Ok then, what are your names?" 

"I'm Nicki and thats Drake" I responded. He wrote our names on a sheet of paper he had then looked up at us. 

"Well Nicki, if you would like to jump up on that bed there we can start checking you out...sorry I didn't mean it like that" Me and the first aider laughed it off but Drake didn't look at all happy. I didn't let it bother me so I let the first aider get on with his job. He gently held the side uf my face as he tilted it back to get a better view at the cut on my forehead. A moment later he let go and smiled. "Its seems to be fine but I'll just need to use an antiseptic wipe on it, will that be ok?" 

"Yup, will it hurt?" I asked. 

"Yes, but not a lot"  

"Ok then" He turned away and turned back with a wipe in his hand. 

"Just tilt your head back a little but not to far" I did as he said and tilted my head back a little. "Ok, now this will hurt a bit ok, so I'll go as gentle as I can" He lightly placed the wipe over my cut and it stung causing me to hiss through my teeth. He did it as gentle as possible when he was wiping away the dirt. "Ok, now lets see your shoulder. Just step down off the bed and turn away from me" I hoped off the bed and turned to the wall. I felt his hand on my arm and just inbetween my shoulder blades. "Ok, same for you shoulder, just an antiseptic wipe and we will be all done" I felt his hands leave my body but to onky return moments later. He gentle wiped my cut as I hissed again a few times. "Ok now we're all done now, I hope hope you have a good day" He said once he'd finished. 

"Ok, thank you, bye" I said as me and Drake walked toward the door. 

"Your welcome, bye" He replied as we walked out the door. 

"What was wrong?" I asked him as we walked back to Sandi. 

"Nothing, it was jut the way he was touching you" 

"Babe, you know I'm yours and I don't want a stupid first aider coming between us" I sad sweetly. "But he was doing his job" 

"Alright, I'll let it go" 

"Thank you" I slotted my hand in his and we carried on walking back to Sandi. When we got there she was fast asleep with her book laid on her chest. "Aww she looks kinda cute" I said picking up the book and putting it on the table. 

"I don't really say my mums cute" He said sitting on the end of the sun lounger next to her. 

"Lets stay her for a bit and relax" I suggested. 

"Alright" I climbed on the sun lounger Drake was on and laid on my front.  

"Darke, could you untie my bikini" 

"Uh yer" Moments later I felt his warm hands on my back untying my bikini after he'd done that he undid the one around my neck. 

"Thanks" I put my arms under my head and slowly started falling asleep because of the heat.
