"now I'm just going to put this probe in your ass"
The nurse said, she was eerily soft spoken and sounded a lot like Mr weenie's mother from Open Season.
"Your what now?"
Before she registered my question she went right on in with her galactic lightsaber.
"Oh...it's actually quite painless..."
"What exactly does this...tell you?" Mammon asked, slightly disgusted and mostly thankful he wasn't the pregnant one
The nurse gave us one of those smiles that white people do when they walk past one another except it went on for a long long time before she stopped, pulled out the saber and disapeared behind a green curtain.
"Waht? Is she not gonna tell us, she just stuck a weapon up ya ass y/n"
"I'm sure it's for good reason"
I can't believe I have to reassure HIM.
The curtains ruffled again and a completely different nurse appeared.
"Alrighty, I'm nurse Ugua, are you ready for your ultra sound y/n? He asked cheerily.
"What happened to the other nurse?"
Nurse Ugua raised a brow and screwed up his lips
"I'll be the only nurse seeing you today"
"Na ah, there was a woman here less than five minutes ago with a celestial looking probe that she shoved up-" mammom started
"MY ASS" I finished
The nurses eyes widened, he stiffened up for a second and just stood in stunned silence....
"Well?!" Mammon spoke sharply
"If you'll excuse me for a moment I'll be right back"
Nurse Ugua flashed us a bright toothy smile and disapeared behind the curtain.
"Marcus! Call Janine we've got an escape from ward 5!" Ugua called out
Me and Mammon exchanged grim looks.
"Ward five?" I asked
Mammon shrugged
"Oh christ, not again" a strangers voice rang out from the distance
"Did she "swab" em again?...."
"Yeah...I don't know how I'm going to explain this to that lady in there..." Ugua whispered
"Was it with the lightsaber?"
"Presumably...she always uses that...who the fuck let her have it?"
There was silence before in unison the two nurses said
"Fucking Brad"
"What are they saying?" I whisper shouted to Mammon
He had crept out from behind the curtain and presumed the role of a frosty tipped potted plant in order to eavsfrop on the staff.
"Something about a guy named Brad giving some crazy patient a lightsaber...I dunno it's too hard to hear em"
"I'll go inform her now" the other nurse said
"No , it should be me" Ugua said, he straightened up, put on a brave face and turned towards the curtain, passing mammon who was plastered to the wall as a succulent.
