Chapter 29-Hunter and Prey

Watchers Pov

I stood out here in the rain to see her for myself. I watched as nine guys go into her office. Then a couple of hours later, only 3 guys come out and move their cars to around the back of the building. Then she comes out the door a couple of minutes later. She looks right at me. I turn so my body is flush against the wall and she can't see me. Thank goodness Damien told me to wear all black, or I would have been screwed and our plan up in smoke. She can't recognize me. She then turns around and locks the doors. No one else came out. I pull out my phone and call him as I head back to my car in the alley.

"D, I found her and saw her tonight. She still looks the same, she has a group of nine guys staying the night with her. I can't see what they are doing. They came in for business and I guess they are staying for pleasure."

"I am pleased you were able to locate her, but not happy there are nine men with her. I will handle that when I get there. I am shaking my tail now. I will meet you tomorrow morning at the designated spot. I will make sure I reward all of your hard work and sacrifice." and hangs up.

I smile as I get into my car and drive home. Revenge is best served cold and I can't wait to serve it.

Damien Pov

As I hang up and curse her for having nine men with her. She is mine and mine alone. Animal by Maroon 5 starts to play on the radio. Smiling, I think its fitting the song would come on now and its describes how I feel. I tap my fingers along to the beat on the steering wheel and check my rear view mirror. 

It looks like I lost my tail as it gets to the chorus. I think to myself 'Emily, I am the animal preying on you and I have just hunted you down. I always told you you were mine and nothing will keep me away from you.' I speed up as I head on the interstate that takes me to my woman.
