Chapter 52-Update

Alec Pov

"Alright, now that they are gone, what did you want to discuss with us Alec." Owen asked.

"What do we know about Damien's partner? I just found out tonight from our attorney that his partner is a female."

"From the information we have, she only meets him early morning for breakfast when she sees him in person." Victor replied.

"So we have a picture or video of her? I maybe able to figure out who she is."

"How? We have been trying all week to figure out who she is." stated Kota.

"You guys have your resources, and I have mine. If I can get a name or a picture of what she looks like, I may be able to figure it out."

"The only picture we have is a picture of her from a distance by a security camera. I will have Corey send it to you."

"Thanks. I want to see if I can get this figured out before I leave next Thursday."

"You're welcome. We could use the help." Owen replied.

"Alright, let's go and see how they are doing out there. I want to make sure the girls are alright." state Silas as he rose from his chair.

"Wait! Before you guys leave. I want to tell you what happened to Emily tonight."

"What happened to Baby Girl?" growled North in a menacing tone. If it would have been anyone else, i would have checked him right then and there, but since I know how he is, I just shake my head and mental note to talk to him later.

"She told me when we finished dancing and were walking back to the group, she saw a flash. When she turned, she thought she saw the person that was standing outside her place last Sunday. When she scanned the crowd to get a better look, she did not see anyone."

"What are we doing in here. Let's go check this out and see what we can find." Victor demanded.

"Before everyone dashes out, she did not see anyone, just a silhouette. She has her weapons and she is fine. I told her we are all here for her. She is going to have a good time tonight and keep her guard up."

"What I was going to do is ask Cheryl for a copy of her surveillance camera and ask you to check the video to see if anything pops up?"

"Yeah, I can do that. I can just hack in and see."

"No Victor, it will be easier to ask her. She may have more info for us if we talk to her." I reply.

"I am curious. What weapons does he have?" asked Silas.

"Yes, I would like to know that myself Alec." says Owen.

"How can she hide weapons? Did you see what she had on?" Kota asked. I looked at him and notice his ears are pink but at least he is looking at he in the eye. Yeah, these guys definitely are feeling what i call the E effect. They just have not admitted to themselves yet.

"Yes, I know what she is wearing and where her weapons are. Her belt is a chain that is used for choking and the small black clip on her chain is actually a small 3 inch blade. She also has other weapons, but I will let her tell you were they are at. Just know she is strapped."

"Keep your eyes open guys. Damien is not someone you don't want to sleep on or underestimate. He is sneaky, conniving, deceptive, quick, and through. He will stop at nothing to get what he wants. I don't trust him with a 10 foot pole."

"We will." says Kota and Victor nods his head.

"No one is going to get to her. Not with all of us here. You have my word." Owen insisted.

"Alright. Let's go see how the ladies are doing." Silas said opening the door. I can hear the music already and I feel myself release a breath I did not know I was holding. I was hoping they would let me help and not freak about what Emily saw tonight.

I nod to them as we turn and head out to the club. I know they will watch out for Emily and that is all I can ask for.
