"I've got a question for you both. What do you think will happen when I rip this thing off?" Dix said as he reached over to grab the red gem on Weine's head.

"S-Stop, I'll disappear if that happens!" Weine pleaded.

"Hey Grey Ghost, if you teleport or use any magic, I will not hesitate to kill her." Dix finally grabbed her gem and began to pull.

"NO!!!" Bell screamed as he ran as fast as he could to get to Weine.

But it was all or nothing. Dix had pulled out Weine's gem. The cave was filled with her screams of agony. Her body began to change, Her whole body got bigger, her fingers began to grow claws as her wrist broke the chains that held her together and the worst part of this whole transformation was that both of her legs fused together and grew scales. In the end, her legs became a snakes tail. Now Weine looked much more like her monster counterpart. She looked just like a lamia but with two large black wings on her back.

Before we could even process what happened, Weine had already charged us down, breaking through into the larger area of the cave where everyone else was fighting. Bell wasted no time in trying to calm Weine and slowly walked to Weine. Weine raised her hand as she got ready to slam down onto Bell's shoulder but at the last second, she hesitated. This in turn made it so that Bell want utterly obliterated.

'Sarah, I have a skill that allows me to talk to monsters. Try to use it.'

"No can do, that wont work. She's lost all sense of reason."

*BOOM*

Bell was sent a good five meters back. Meanwhile Weine was gripping her head in pain. She was crying. She was trying to fight back.

'The F*ck you mean she's lost all sense of reason? She's trying to fight whatever is happening to her.'

"Fine, I'll try." Sarah sighed as she walked over to Weine.

"What makes you thing that I don't know about your little monster talking skill." Dix said as a loud thud was heard and my vision was soon followed by darkness.

Suddenly, I suddenly started to feel again. When I opened my eyes, I was in control of my body again.

"Ugh, my head." When I grabbed my head I felt something wet on the back of my head. It was blood that was caused by Dix hitting me in the back of the head with the blunt end of his spear.

"So you're gonna try and save bot humans and monsters? That's impossible!" Apparently when I was out, Bell had broken Dix's spear and he was currently using a second sword that he had to overpower Bell.

Bell was pinned against a wall as Dix, raised his now broken spear and attempted to stab Bell. "Mana wall." However, I had different plans.  I had made a wall of pure mana to block the spear from reaching Bell.

"Hey, hey. Why are you awake again!" Dix angrily turned to face me.

"Just shut it." I said as I pulled out my hook swords and warped closer to Dix.

Bell also took this opportunity to strike as he leaped up, trying to stab Dix's back. Dix simply jumped out of the way, making the both of us miss our attack. Bell wasted no time in going on for another attack but before Dix could dodge, I had created another mana wall which completely blocked his escape. This allowed Bell to land a clear hit on Dix.

Slowly but surely we started to get the upper hand on Dix and we began to land more and more hits on Dix. In the final stretch of this fight, Bell's hand began to glow a white light. Seeing this, I created a black tentacle to hold Dix in place for Bell to land a direct hit on his face. The punch had sent Dix flying across the whole cave, crashing right into a wall.

"ugh, what happened?" All of the Xenos were slowly getting back to their senses.

"Did we get him?" I asked.

"That punch felt off." Bell replied.

From within the rubble Dix stood up, covered in blood. "Ow. That really hurt." A red symbol in his left eye was on full display.

"Just let me deal with this guy." I said as I pulled out my katar and made my way over to him.

"Hold it, if you do that, I'll break this." Dix gave us a sadistic smile as he held up Weine's gem.

Bell began to talk. "Hey, that's Weine's-"

"So this is important." He chuckled. "If you want it I'll give it to you." He said as he threw the gem off into a nearby chasm.

Bell wasted no time in jumping after the gem. he did end up getting the gem but he ended up throwing himself right into the chasm. Before it was too late, I warped over to Bell and grabbed hi by the collar.

"Bell, always remember that I can get that gem with much less risk." I said as I pulled him back up onto solid ground.

"I'm sorry, I just felt so-" A gleaming red light brought us out of our conversation.

The red light led us back to Dix who was holding his hand out. "Lose your mind in an unending illusion."

Bolts of black electricity danced around Weine as she screamed out in pain one again. Once the electricity subsided, Weine began to frantically look around. It was as if she was trying to avoid something that she could never stop seeing.

"Bell? Bell!" Weine said through her screams.

"And to put the cherry on top." A doorway opened up in the cave. "Go."

Weine wasted no time in waiting for anyone as she bolted off into the darkness.
