Warning: Massive Lemon
The time is nigh.
.
The day started early for both Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima. Both king and queen stood opposite of each other in the occult research club building.
Neither of them said anything, but both knew the reason they were there.
They stood off against each other for a while. Rias looked Akeno over.
For some reason, she was reminded of when she met Akeno for the first time, as children.
Back then... Rias thought to herself. We got along instantly. It was like meeting the sister I never knew I had. But still, we competed over everything. Every day, there was something new that we fought over.
I guess... those feelings from back then carried over to this.
"Akeno." Rias called out. "I've made up my mind. If you want to pursue him... I won't stop you." The king said to her queen. "I don't think it's right of me to do so. And besides... I want you to be happy."
Akeno didn't say anything for a moment. She took a deep breath, and then smiled.
She looked to be at peace with herself.
"Truth be told, I wasn't ready before. I thought I was at the time, but..."
Is that so? The halfing brat of an old weakling is going to stop me?
"I thought it would be impossible for Suk-chin to ever love someone like me." Akeno admitted. "How could he?"
"So eventually, I backed off on my on." She explained. "But, I'm ready now."
"So, you're going to..." Rias trailed off, waiting for confirmation.
Akeno nodded. "That's right." She said, confirming Rias' suspicions. "I just want to speak with him, that's all."
"I'm going to bare my everything to him."
...
Suk-chin let out a small breath as he calmly walked through the park.
"Arf! Arf!" He looked down, and smiled at Rover, who was barking and wagging his tail excitedly.
He hadn't really spent all that much time with his familiar, which was strange when he thought about it. He had a crazy overpowered puppy as his familiar. Why would he ignore that?
So he got a leash, and took his familiar on a walk. It was pretty much just a dog, after all.
Suk-chin knelt down and picked Rover up. "Who's my adorable little weapon of mass destruction? You are! Yes you are!"
Rover give Suk-chin's face a big lick, and Suk-chin gently put him down. He wiped is face, and looked at Rover again. He really did look exactly like a dog in his shrunken form. Well, except for the eyes.
"Suk-chin? Is that you?" Suk-chin turned his head, and his eyes widened for a moment in a pleasant surprise.
"Issei? Asia? What are you two doing out here?" He asked his friends. "It's not everyday we see members of the Hyoudou household out and about in the wild."
"Please don't talk about my family like we're animals..." Issei sighed. Suk-chin shrugged. "But that's just what I was going to ask you." Issei then said to Suk-chin.
The rook gestured to Rover. "I'm walking my familiar." He answered. "You never said what you guys were doing, though..." Suk-chin trailed off, finally noticing the pair's intertwined hands.
