'Where the hell am I?' Was the first question Issei Hyoudou asked himself. The next question was 'What's going on?'

Unfortunately, he had no answers to either of those two questions. He didn't know where he was, or why he was there to begin with.

Until he heard a voice.

Are you proud of yourself?

'The fuck?' Issei looked around. 'Who said that? Show yourself!' He wasn't afraid. Definitely not.

Issei felt a wave of extreme heat blast him in the face, before the ground around him trembled.

Is this the kind of legacy you wish to leave behind, you little pervert?

His eardrums almost shattered due to the monstrous roar that followed.

Prove yourself to me! And only then will my power truly be yours!

Issei heard what sounded like a pair of massive wings flapping, and then his vision faded. The dream had come to an end.

...

The door to the Hyoudou household opened.

"Yo! I'm home!" Issei declared loudly, entering the house.

"And we're coming in too." Suk-chin said as he, Rias and the rest of the occult research club.

"Ah, our Issei has so many friends!" A middle aged woman with long brown hair stepped out from behind a corner. She smiled at the group of students.

A bespectacled man soon stepped out behind her. "Oh? It's true. I thought he was lying again. It seems he has someone besides Asia and Suk-chin."

"Guys what the hell?" Issei complained about his parents' not so subtle insults.

"Oh we're just joking Issei dear." Issei's mother, Miki Hyoudou assured her son. "Welcome to our home." She welcomed the club members.

"Thank you for having us." Everyone bowed.

The old school building, the building in which the occult research club was held, was currently going through an annual deep cleaning. As such, a seperate venue was needed. And Issei had volunteered his house as the location, to which Asia readily agreed. As such, Rias saw no issue with the idea.

"Truly, thank you for allowing us to enter your home like this." Rias thanked the two adults.

"Of course! I'm glad to see our son has a group of friends he can count on." Gorou Hyoudou, Issei's father admitted. "And Suk-chin, m'boy, you need to visit more often! We want to see you more, got it!"

Suk-chin nodded, a sheepish smile on his face. "Yes sir."

"We'll get out of your way for now. Go have fun!" Miki ushered the group away and up the stairs to Issei's room.

As soon as they entered, Koneko grimaced, pinching her nose. "The stench of pervert is foul indeed."

Issei flinched. "Hey! I just cleaned the place up!"

"Did you now?" Suk-chin hummed, looking around. The place did indeed seem tidy. But Suk-chin knew Issei better than anyone! "So if I... I dunno... looked under your bed, there would be nothing there?"

When Issei froze, Suk-chin smirked. "Oh? Is there something under your bed, Issei?" Asia asked curiously.

Issei snapped out of it. "Nope! Nothing at all! NOTHING."

Suk-chin laughed at the pawn, before turning to Kiba. "Hey, Kiba, you..." The rook blinked. "You... alright?"

Kiba seemed a bit zoned out. Suk-chin put a hand on his shoulder, and the knight seemed to come back to earth. "Oh, yeah uh... sorry about that dude. I just spaced out for a second."
