After drinking a glass of lemonade, Cale made Ron lead to the dungeon of criminals.
Alex patted his head to make him relax.
"I got you, just follow my lead" she signed cheerfully, confidence blooming from her

After Cale accepted her as his guardian, Alex started to roam around and collect information about the county from the Henituse couple, Henituse branches, Henituse connections, Henituse servants, and everything about the county since Cale is in a vulnerable position and she knew the threats for someone in a position.
Alex collected a huge trump card for the soon to be minions of Cale, they waited to make them move, but since the guardian-ward duo are getting impatient the two made them move by tickling their sore spots. Cale jabbing their illegal transactions in official meetings and Alex trapping the preys so couldnt get away.
They knew about the attempted assassination but Cale thought it would be suspicious if they could prevent it, it would cause the butler and apprentice chef to blow their covers, so he just let it flow and let Alex cure him since she has some cure stuff. Getting cure will be easier since they are wealthy enough to buy stocks of poison antidotes, suspicion will be no more. Alex protested at first but soon gave up as long a he would obey her for the later plans. Alex is convinced that the mother and son are peas in a pod.
Before the day Cale would be poisoned, Alex collected the evidence and the weaknesses of the criminals and blocked their escape routes by making Cale order to close the county borders in a specific time.
Alex wanted more petty revenge than she wanted at first.
Since she's pretty petty in case of revenge she took out even the little details of their targets and use it to destroy them
Using her runed compass she made and called "Finder" she found everything she needed.
Finder is a runed compass Alex made 50 years ago, it's use is to find truths as long as it is feed of truths about what she is finding.

Alex did all the planning and analysing inside her powered domain when she take a rest, but making Cale safe first, so she's scattering protection runes when he is in the count office working, she avoid getting far away from him when he sleeps and night times also when the father son duo are arent around him, Alex trusts her guts that the two would not harm Cale, every second is gold since anything could happen in a fraction of seconds, how she say so?
