LISA POV

I woke up at 8am to prepare for Seulgi's game at 10 am. Jisoo and I will meet at the coffee shop near my building. The game will be held in our gym, and it will against one of the best teams in the league. A win on this one will put Seulgi's team on 2nd seat. I sat at the balcony first and appreciated the weather today. It's already autumn.

I was surprised to see Jisoo outside the coffee shop, holding a brown bag which I assume is our food and two cups of coffee.

"Why are you here? It's freakin' cold, Kim!"

"Do you think I will be standing here waiting for you if I have a choice? No table inside. And I even got here 30 minutes early!"

The place was way too crowded when I looked through the glass window. Students both from our university and rival university flocked the place, some have banners and balloons to show support for their school or a player in the team. I don't like queues; I hate lining up. That's why I already asked Jisoo to buy me my usual coffee to avoid all these.

"Let's just go and wait near the gym before these get cold." I suggested to her.

We sat on the gazebo where we usually stay during free time. Surprisingly, not a lot of people are here yet. I guess they are all waiting in the coffee shop. While we were talking, Jisoo nudged me in the elbow as Seulgi is approaching.

"Look how anxious she is." Jisoo whispered. Seulgi gets a little nervous every game but she's especially worried with this one since this will be against the rival university who has defeated them last year.

"Hey guys." Seulgi approached us.

"Damn, have I told you how fine you look on your uniform, Kang?" I tried to lighten up the mood seeing how fragile my friend looks. Seriously though, her uniform compliments how good her built is.

"Sorry, dude. But, no!" She smacked me in the head. That's the Seulgi we know. Violent!

I touched my head which Seulgi hit, l feel like a bump has formed already. "That smack's gotta be harder when you hit the ball!"

"Girl, you look like your gonna faint anytime. Chill! You got this, okay?" Said Jisoo who is trying to calm her as well.

"Sigh. What if I mess this game up? Do you recall how they hated that senior because her jump was a millisecond late and wasn't able to block the winning spike?"

"And you are not that person. C'mon Seulgi. You guys trained for this! You'll mess this up if you keep thinking that. Forget that senior and focus on the game today."

"Right. I have to go. I'll see you later. If we lose this game, buy me a tub of ice cream and let's get stuck in your apartment, okay Lisa?"

"Sure, Kang. Go ahead and erase that ugly frown on your face. It's annoying."

She waved goodbye and Jisoo and I are back on our sandwiches and coffee. Not long after, we saw a group about to enter the gym, then a girl walked up to us. I couldn't identify the person. I guess I should start wearing eyeglasses.

"Hi Lisa." The girl shyly said.

"Oh. Somi right? Hey! This is my friend, Jisoo. Jisoo, this is Somi from Elite dance troupe."

"Hello! Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you, too, Jisoo." Somi turned to look at me. "You're here for Seulgi, right?"

"Yep. The girl can't move her ass without seeing us. How about you?" I asked her.

"We'll be performing before the game starts." She looked down before speaking again, "Uhm, Lisa. There's a victory party tonight, will you be going?"
