THIRD PERSON's POV

One of the most celebrated occasions is about to happen and everyone in the village were all giddy and excited, even Lisa's visitors.Their hometown prefers to celebrate Christmas with the community. And Lisa grew to like it.

Lisa was a mess after taking a quick shower before dinner. She didn't know what to wear. She knew it shouldn't bother her, but... There's an occasion. It's even her favorite, for Pete's sake. And no, not because she has visitors, and the fact that Jennie's one of them, nor because she wanted to make an impression. Lisa just wanted to... look nice.

After putting on every outfit she could find and removing it again because she didn't feel like wearing it, Lisa slouched on her bed.

No, this isn't me. How come this is a challenge now? And Lisa realized her question was answered. Yeah, this isn't me.

Instead of giving it more thought, she exhaled and stood up from her bed to pull out a cream colored sweater embroidered with a small red snowflake, which she paired with her black skinny jeans. She looked into the mirror and told herself, "That's more like it. Comfortable." She blew dry her hair a few minutes, giving it just the right bounce before heading to their living room.

She saw Jiyong on the couch and was on his phone. He was so focused that he didn't notice Lisa already took a seat on the other side of the couch, staring at him. He only paid attention to her when  Lisa cleared her throat,

"Hey, Lisa. You were quick." Jiyong quickly glanced at her.

"Well, I'm starving. What are you busy about?"

"Nothing. Just browsing."

"Hmmm." Lisa responded but kept looking at her watch and on the staircase.

"Is there something wrong?" Jiyong asked.

"No, no. Nothing." His sister fixed the way she sat but still looked at her watch.

Jiyong just nodded and they were both quiet for a few minutes until his brother blurted out something Lisa wasn't sure if her brother thought hard about.

"Say, I was wondering, is Jennie seeing anyone?"

Lisa raised her left brow and looked straight at her brother, "Why'd you ask?"

"Nothing, I think she's pretty." He answered with a smile and leaned his back to the couch.

Tell me something I don't know, brother. Lisa thought. She didn't recognize she was tapping her feet too much, which Jiyong noticed.

Jiyong moved closer to his sister and casually asked, "Are you guys dating?"

"What?!"

Jiyong laughed. "You heard me. I asked if you're dating Jennie."

"Yeah. and again, What?!" Lisa felt her cheeks were burning.

Jiyong shook his head before asking Lisa again, "So, you're not?"

"No! Why did you even have that idea?! Oppa, Jennie and I are friends!"

Jiyong was taken aback by his sister's reaction yet he tried to hold back his laughter.

"So you wouldn't mind if I ask her out?" Jiyong challenged her sister.

You've got to be kidding, me. Lisa told herself. She couldn't answer, instead she stared longer at her brother confusingly.

"Are you sure you're okay, Lis?" Jiyong asked.

"Of course!"

"Right... Then why are you fidgety?"
