"What?" Nishinoya asked, his arms and legs wrapped around Crow as he held him up by his bottom. No one knew where to start with them, so for a while, their jaws stayed on the floor.

"Hey guys, what's going on?" Ennoshita and Kinoshita soon came in, followed by Tsukishima and Yamaguchi.

"Pouncing on Crow already, Nishinoya?" Kinoshida snickered, gaining everyone's attention.

"You knew about this?!"

"Huh?" He flinched at how many people had asked that question at the same time. "Uh, yeah, me and Ennoshita saw them making out last year, so it's not surprising that they're still a thing."

"Yeah, we got together about halfway through the second trimester last year," The libero recalled. "We were doing some extra practice and as we were cleaning up, I had asked him why he was sleeping around with all those girls for, to which he of course replied..."

"None of your business," The two said in sync, which made Nishinoya grin and peck him on the cheek this time.

"So on a whim I asked if that would change if we also slept together--"

"You did what?!"

"I'm bisexual, so of course I was curious as to how it would go since it would be my first same-sex relationship," He admitted. "But Crow was really nice about it, and said as long as I didn't mind being the bottom, he'd be cool with having a relationship with me!"

"So you're dating?" Suga clarified.

"And you were still messing around with girls?!" Daichi glared at Crow, who just blinked.

"Nah," Nishi shook his head. "We're just friends with benefits, nothing serious."

"O-oh, I see," Daichi coughed, seeing as he'd gotten ahead of himself. "Sorry Crow.."

"No problem," He shrugged, not caring in the slightest. "Noya, can you get down now?"

"Only if you promise to come home with me tonight!" He winked. Yeah, that's definitely a raging bisexual, the third years thought with a nod as Crow agreed to grant his request. Thus, Nishinoya was back on his feet and the team could start practice.

"Look, basically," Nishinoya said as he was showing the first years how to pass a ball. "You just have to go like zoom," He lowered himself. "Whoosh," He put his arms together. "Bam," He received the ball that was thrown at him. "Like so," He glanced their way.

"Huh?" They cocked their heads.

"This isn't working," Tanaka had his hands on his hips with a mop in one. "Nobody can understand what he's saying because he moves on pure instinct."

"Really?" Kageyama seemed surprised at the notion. "I kinda got it."

"Well, you're one of his kind," The cueball reasoned. "Your explanations are all bam and wham too! Nobody ever understands that crap."

"If I recall correctly," Takeda had his trusty book with him again as he stood with Daichi. "Libero's a specialized position, right?"

"Hai," The captain confirmed. "Libero: a player who specializes in defense. They're barred from making any offensive plays like serving or passing, which is one of the reasons we rarely let Crow play libero; last time was an exception. Anyway, liberos can replace any player in the backrow to strengthen the defense."

"So he literally is Karasuno's guardian angel," Takeda deduced. "How cool!"

"It's really reassuring that he's back now," Daichi smiled as he watched the player they were speaking of. "Now we can get Crow back on the front lines, strengthening our defenses even more while giving our offense a boost as well."

"You're pretty big, how tall are you?" Nishinoya asked with a ball under his arm, directing the question at Tsukishima.

"Oh, Tsukki's--"

"Shut up Yamaguchi."

"Sorry about that.."

"Man," Suga stood next to Crow as he was leaning against the wall, watching everyone interact. "Nishinoya hasn't lost his touch at all."

"Apparently," Tanaka joined in on Suga's other side. "He was training even while he was suspended. He played with volleyball moms and stuff. I think he mentioned that Crow hooked him up with some people that really gave him a run for his money or something."

"Sounds like something you'd do," The official setter nudged Crow, who just hummed in response.

"Um, Nishinoya-senpai," Hinata walked up to him. "What's up with you and Asahi-senpai?"

"Well," He looked thoughtful at the comment. "He's Karasuno's ace, so I gotta have his back the most, ya know?" He smiled, then frowned again at Hinata's expression. "What's with the blank look?"

"I wanna be the ace!" The ginger exclaimed.

"Huh?" Nishinoya raised his eyebrows. "The ace? With your height?" This comment seemed to deflate the ginger, but then he patted him on the shoulder. "I like you, dude! I hear ya!" He slapped him on the shoulder again a few times as he went on. "Being the ace has gotta be so cool, right? Sure, why not? Do it, become the ace! You seem way more promising than our current one!"

"Words can hurt ya know," Asahi looked extremely depressed at that statement.

"Oh grow up, you're a third year dude! Besides, Crow can't carry the team in his third year, so we gotta have a backup!" Nishinoya defended himself while also slapping the ace on the back.

"Karasuno has the greatest decoy now," Suga said as he threw a ball to Daichi, who put it in the cart. "With the Hinata-Kageyama duo in our ranks, I'm sure we'll be able to land spikes we wouldn't have scored from before."

"Mhm," The captain agreed with a nod.

"I get the feeling we can change thanks to the chemistry Takeda-sensei was talking about."

"I just hope," Daichi built off what the vice captain was saying. "we change for the better."

"Don't be so pessimistic," Suga chuckled knowingly. With that said, the Karasuno team headed home for the night. As Crow was lying with Nishinoya in his bed, his phone tinged with a message. Glancing at it to decide if it was worth checking, he blinked at the contact label.

"Why's Keishin texting me?"

"Who?" The libero, his hair down and damp, questioned as he wrapped his arms around the other boy's middle.

"Something like a cousin," Crow responded, pecking his cheek. Immediately Nishinoya smirked.

"Round three?"

"Sure."
