"D-Don't you mock me!" Hinata immediately got defensive, but the person speaking just grinned.

"I'm not mocking you in the slightest!"

"R-really?!" The ginger's expression changed instantaneously to surprise and a bit of embrarrassment.

"Yeah!" He nodded.

"Tch," Kageyama rolled his eyes with an annoyed look on his face, startling the two middle blockers.

"Hey, Kageyama," Crow went up to him and tapped him on the shoulder, causing his dark expression to be erased as he turned to him.

"Hai?" The setter tilted his head slightly, giving the second year his full attention.

"If you're cool with it," He held his fist out for a fist bump. "We can do the thing during this game, just make eye contact with me and I'll go for it, otherwise I'll wait for a normal set."

"Got it," A sparkle entered the setter's eye, Crow guessed it was from excitement but in the end, they fist bumped and Crow returned to his position.

"Give us a nice serve, Kenma!" Nekoma called as the setter served. Crow received it, having been pulled back to pass so that Nishinoya was in front of Kageyama and Asahi was in middle back the receive. It was a perfect pass, so much so that Kageyama didn't need to move an inch from his position at the net.

Thus, the first freak quick attack of the game was executed perfectly. All eyes widened. "That was really fast!" The guy from earlier that had commented on Hinata's height gaped. "What was that?"

"A fast attack from that far away?" The libero gawked as well.

"What was that? He didn't even look at the set," Nekomata's face was twisted as Crow ruffled Hinata's hair.

"That's amazing," Kenma said as he looked at the ginger, who grinned with a laugh. "I'm surprised.

"Good job, Shoyo!" Nishinoya called.

"Thank you!"

"Let's get going!" Tanaka said as he was up to serve.

"Fukunaga!" The libero called, to which the person being called responded by passing the ball.

"Take that!" Yamamoto yelled as he was set, only for Nishinoya to get it up with relative ease.

"Nice receive!" Kageyama whisked towards the ball, positioning himself as Hinata went for a slide, which caused the blockers to jump with him, but instead of sending it to the ginger, he set Asahi. The libero got a hand on it, but in the end the spike got Karasuno the point.

Nekomata started laughing immediately after. "You can hardly expect him to retrieve that."

"I'm counting on you!" Nishinoya slapped Tsukishima on the shoulder as Hinata went to serve. At the same time, the libero switched in for Nekoma.

"Hinata, let's go!" Of course the runt hit it into the net, a few inches away from Crow's head. Luckily he'd felt it coming and dodged, but the ravenette was not happy.

"I'm sorry!"

"I'm sorry, take this!" Nishinoya thrusted his water bottle back at Suga before running and switching in for Hinata. "Shake it off guys!"

"Hinata you dumbass!"

Soon enough, at 7 Nekoma to 10 Karasuno, Nekomata called a time out. "That's ridiculous."

"Good job guys," Crow murmured, taking a swing of his water bottle. "But we're not out of the woods, they're not going down without a fight."

"I agree," Keishin nodded as the players stood around him. "Keep pushing, though. We'll adjust if they try anything."

"Right!"

"Crow-san," Kageyama spoke up hesitantly, causing said person to glance his way.

"Hm? What is it?"

"I think we should do it in the second set," He told him. "Because they'll be so focused on Hinata since he'll be the only one rushing around like a maniac, no one will expect another person to be able to do the same thing at the same time, or they'll think it's a bluff to try to get some blockers off of Hinata."

"Sounds good to me," Crow hummed. "Then keep up the good work, Kageyama."

"Yes sir!" He smiled confidently. And then everyone went back out onto the court. It was instantly obvious what Nekoma was trying to contain Hinata with was having their middle chase the dude, trying to get a hand on his spikes. Kageyama sweatdropped as Nekoma's number seven complained and apologized for not blocking the ginger.

Glancing at Crow, his eyes seemed to say that they may need to switch things up already. The next time they did the quick, the number seven got a hand on it, which led to the libero being able to dig it cleanly. "It's a fast attack!" Hinata got ready. As Nekoma's setter jumped, Crow's eyes glinted.

Dump.

Done and done, the ravenette got it up, having anticipated it even as Nishinoya was still stationed in his base position.

"Nice one Crow!" Keishin stood up, grinning sharply as the ravenette made sure to get out of the way of the spikers. They ended up getting the point, which made him grin all the wider as Crow got praised even more for such a good read and reaction.

Kenma's eyes narrowed.

In the next play, one of the players tipped on them, so Tanaka had to dive for it. "Sorry Noya-san, cover it!" He called as he got back up.

"I've got it!"

"Right!" Kageyama called, causing a few people to look surprised.

"Kageyama, finish it!" Nishinoya sent it his way with an underhand set, to which this man easily did a perfect line shot through what was barely an opening. Crow felt his lips quirk upwards, it was a good spot.

"Hey!" The setter pointed at Hinata, about to give him a lecture. "That was a straight spike! You go straight along the line. You need to learn to choose your hits!"

"It seriously pisses me off how he's so good at everything," Tanaka scowled along with Sugawara, who was standing on the sidelines.

"You said it."

The game went on until suddenly, Nekoma made a comeback and got set point first with Karasuno trailing at 23. Let's tie it up again, Crow hummed to himself.

"Kageyama, I'm gonna make the next spike count, so set for me!" Hinata told his setter, who looked like he didn't really trust the guy.

"Right now, it's set point for the opponent," He reminded him. "Mess up and we lose the set."

"I know!" The ginger had turned blue for a moment at the pressure that one statement had put on him. However, he was still determined. "I'll do it!"

Right before Nishinoya received the ball that had been served over the net, Kageyama made urgent eye contact with the ravenette for a split second. So it's time.
