Digimon Tri: Fusion Evolution

Episode 5: Trouble in Paradise!

Joe, Tai, and Kari were working to find Gatomon and Gomamon. They heard the sounds of rushing water and humming, and that could only mean one thing.

"Gomamon!" Joe shouted, running towards the source of the sound.

Gomamon perked his head up. He looked arouns, his white with purple tipped ears twitching. "Joe? Joe!"

Gomamon nearly flew from the water as he jumped into his human partner's arms. His long black claws curved around the curve of Joe's shoulders.

"Gomamon, are you okay? You're not hurt, are you?" Joe worried.

"I'm fine!" Gomamon cheered happily.

"Is Gatomon near by, Gomamon?" Kari asked. If her partner wasn't around her, she didn't know what she would do.

"Kari?" Someone questioned softly. Kari turned, seeing a white cat that looked like BlackGatomon.

"Gatomon!" Kari cried happily. She knelt down and wrapped her arms around her feline friend.

Suddenly, the ground shook. A tsunami began and out came a tall man-beast Digimon with wavy purple locks and small stripes on his cheeks.

"Oh no, it's Splashmon!" Gomamon cried.

"I'll be rewarded for getting rid of you lot!" He laughed maniacally.

Splashmon pointed his hand, high pressured water speeding out in streams. "Hydro Pressure!"

The group was hit, flying in opposite directions several feet from each other. Gomamon and Gatomon got up.

"Agumon, digivolve!" Tai commanded.

Agumon tried and failed to digivolve. "I can't, Tai, I don't have enough strength."

"Joe, are you okay?" Gomamon shouted.

"Kari!" Gatomon worried.

Their Fusion Loaders began to glow. Gatomon and Gomamon felt surges of power course through them.

"Gatomon digivolve to..."

"Gomamon digivolve to..."

The two fused together in one being. In their place was a blue, shark like creature with long fins. It had a blue helmet with grey markings and a long, pale blue tale. Two long, sharp blades extended from either side of its head. "Tylomon!"

"Whoa, it's beautiful!" Kari gasped.

"Is that Gomamon and Gatomon?" Joe asked, slightly frightend.

"I'll have to get rid of you!" Splashmon hissed. He shot his hand up again. "Hydro Pressure!"

Tylomon took the hit, then glared at Splashmon. "Torpedo Attack!" Explosive torpedo in the shape of Tylomon were shot forward, hitting Splashmon. Splashmon exploded in bits of data and water.

"Too easy!" Tylomon smirked. It degenerated back into Gatomon and Gomamon.

"We did it!" Kari cheered, hugging Joe. Then, she picked Gatomon up and hugged her tightly. "I missed you so much!"

"I missed you, too, Kari." Gatomon said, nuzzling her friend.

"Hey, Tai!" Someone shouted. Tai looked over to see Davis, T.K., and Cody with their partners.

"They found their Digimon!" Tai grinned.

"We better find the others and head home." T.K. suggested.

"Good idea." Joe agreed. The group set off to find the third and final group, happy to have their partners back.
