I went to the basement, not quite believing what Jay said there

I went to the basement, not quite believing what Jay said there. Hero is making dolls down there?! Out of dead bodies?!
Without much hesitation I went through the door to the basement and turned the light on. To my shock, Jay was actually fully right...
If I had to guess, those were about 20-30, stuffed human or animal skins.
I covered my mouth, not wanting to scream and bother anyone. This sight...
Why would anyone in their right mind do this...? Even just to blow off some steam! That's disgusting and revolting, how could he do this?!
I let out a shaky breath when I noticed Jura and the others, their bodies stitched up and filled wit cotton, their eyes removed and replaced with buttons. With their mouths sewn shut, they looked like they were just made of cloth and cotton, like normal dolls that children played with. However, the faint blood drips that covered their mouths, having dripped down a bit in very fine lines since there wasn't much to drip down, I knew those weren't cloth.
The smell in the room was abhorrent, a mix of dried and fresh blood, but also decomposing corpses.
I gagged a bit and also covered my nose, disgusted.
Hero would actually do this, he's very skilled in sewing...
I noticed a stand covered by a blanket in a corner. Curiosity already caught the cat, why not also kill it.
I went to the stand, already knowing I'll deeply regret my decision, and grabbed a corner of the blanket. It felt smooth and gently between my fingers, so I gently tugged on it.
And as the blanket fell and I stared at my dead body, filled with a thin layer of cotton and made into a onesie, I couldn't control my voice any longer. My scream was heard all throughout the house, and everyone came over, thinking something awful happened to me. Only people missing were Jay and Hero.
When they saw what happened, the reactions were very mixed. Most were shocked, some were disgusted, others disappointed in Hero for doing this. Nightmare however sighed and ran a hand down his face, glancing over to Zeph, who was just staring at this mess. He didn't really show much of a reaction, preferring to do so when he doesn't want to hurt people, but everyone that knew this reaction knew he was really close to tearing Hero a new one.
I backed up, trying to understand what caused this or why this happened. How even? Was he that stressed that he intentionally murdered people, so he won't injure us when he needs to blow off steam? What, if he can't find a normal victim, will he come murder us?! Maybe sew us together while we're wide awake?
I let out a whimper at this and glanced at the ring around my finger. This is not the Hero I want to get married to, hell, this isn't the Hero I fell in love with!
With every second I was spending on thinking about this, torn between two choices, I noticed this feeling of uneasiness rise upon me.
An uneasiness you only feel when you're being watched.
I realized that it wasn't only me who thought so, the others were starting to grow nervous too. So we decided to leave the basement and think about the next actions upstairs.
We got out of the basement as fast as possible, but still so no one got hurt or fell. Once out of that place, we gathered in the living room and tried to calm down, notice that this isn't a bad dream.
Nightmare was already deep in thoughts, trying to figure out what to do. "How'd you even get the idea to check the basement?", he asked me. I let out a weak sigh. "Hero has been spending a lot of time down there as we know, and Jay just brought him out of there and up to our room. Since Hero was injured,  asked what happened, and Jay told me. Hero didn't exactly look amused...", I explained, still torn if I should be pissed or worried about my fiancé. He was gone after all, and that wasn't exactly good. Besides, he already had a faint look of stress in his eyes when Jay blurted out the truth.
Where was he, and what was he doing?
"First of all: We need to get rid of those dolls. All of them, keeping them will only lead to more problems.", Zephyr started. I nodded slowly as the others agreed to that.
"Next, we need to find Herobrine. He can't be out there after this shit. Besides, it's for his own safety.", Notch added. Another point which everyone agreed to.
"And lastly, punish him for this.", Centi mumbled. And that's where the agreements stopped.
"You want to punish a man that clearly isn't sane anymore, that had his trust broken by Jay, and that potentially lost his whole family all in one go?", Nightmare asked sharply. Centi nodded. "He committed a ton of murders and lied to us. In addition, he probably has caused a lot of trauma with this."
"This does not mean we should punish him!"
"Then what is your great idea, huh?! Let him continue doing this shit?! Until he goes after us as well?!"
With that, Centi had put everyone's greatest fear into spoken words. Nighty growled a bit before he crossed his arms and leaned back into the couch, looking significantly weaker and smaller than usually, but having a shit ton of authority as well. "I'm not saying we should let him continue this. No, quite the opposite in fact. We need to stop him from continuing this and prevent him from returning to any old habits that he luckily stopped before. My "great idea" is catching him and then putting him through therapy. Either with a therapist or not, but getting a therapist might get Hero into massive troubles. He's mentally at the point where the most disgusting shit is fully fine to him. He's not above murder and torture, without a doubt one of the children was conscious when he gutted them because the walls and chains on them show heavy scratch marks and the skin is bruised up, but he's not far enough to have attacked Evan, who would've been the first victim, only so Hero can get his revenge. And he hurt no one else of us, so in a way, he's still partly there, Sure, his thought process is absolutely fucked up, and I highly doubt it's only from that dragon. There's something else that nags at his mind, he's able to stand a ton of stress. But there's something that's pushing his limit to the point where he just attempts  his best to escape. He's like a rat, surrounded by cats. He's taking every chance he has to attempt an escape."
The room went silent as we realized what that meant. It's not only the usual people that have massive struggles.
Because now, something has attacked our weakest link.
This chain won't hold for long, and everyone was aware of that.
We had to get Herobrine as fast as physically possible, before he fully breaks. And without him, this chain will crumble to bits.
