Bucky continued on, about to reach the medical wing.
"Almost there. Just hold on a little longer, Y/N," he whispered.
He then rounded the corner to the room when he stopped in his tracks. There in front of him, blocking him from getting to Y/N, was the leader behind all this.
"We officially meet, Winter Soldier," he said.
"'Meet'? Last time I checked, you were one of the people who had me brainwashed then dead after you bombed yourself," Bucky remarked.
"That was Brock Rumlow. I'm Hunter Rumlow, his twin brother," the leader introduced.
"What do you want?" Bucky asked harshly.
"No need to be rude. I'm only here to claim my victory," Hunter answered.
"What victory are you talking about?" Bucky demanded.
"The last mission my brother was on, as you mentioned, was because of your brother-in-law. My brother didn't have to blow himself up, even though the only good part about it was the Avengers looked bad and the Accords were released, officially breaking them. That didn't change the fact that my brother was gone. And his sister, being your wife, is about to have children, which can't happen. So you both are gonna know exactly how it feels to have family ripped away from you," Hunter stated.
"Y/N and I didn't have anything to do with that. I was on the run and she was insistent on finding me," Bucky said.
"Yeah, but the one who did, the first Captain America, already bit it. So the next best things are you two," Hunter smirked then added in German, "Tod der nächsten generation. Heil Hydra."
(A/N "Death to the next generation. Heil Hydra.")
Bucky seethed in anger and they prepared to fight.
"Dann solltest du wissen dass ich sterben werde bevor du sie erreichst," Bucky promised.
(A/N "Then you should know that I'll die before you get to them.")
"Das werden wir sehen," Hunter remarked.
(A/N "We'll see about that.")
Hunter then charged at Bucky, but Bucky blocked him. He then tripped him up, trying to pin him, but Hunter managed to get back up and the fighting progressed.

A/N I started out with the original Rumlow. But I forgot he kinda blew up in the beginning of "Captain America: Civil War". 😅 So, I did the next best thing: create a twin brother. And I thought too late of the irony of that. Since he's a twin and you and Bucky are having twins. 😂 "WandaVision" also came to mind, but anyway, back to it.
