Not Alone - DNF Fanfic (Hybrids AU)

He's is gone!? Oh wait, he's right there...

*Dream's POV* (This is a wholesome chapter :p)

I woke up to the smell of pancakes. I was hungry, but I had to go check on George first, to see if he is okay. I picked myself up and did my normal morning routine and wore simple gray sweatpants and a green hoodie with a smiley face.

I then went to George's room. "George?" no answer. I slowly opened the door and peeked inside. On his bed Patches was sleeping but George was gone! I "GEORGE!" I shouted to see if he was hiding. No answer.

I immediately ran to Sapnap's room where he was still sleeping. "Sapnap! Wake up! George is gone!" I shouted at him as he fell out of bed, sill half asleep.

"Wah- Dream. Go back to sleep." He said sleepily. I shook his shoulders. "Sap! Wake up!" I yelled while shaking him.

"Huh- oh what! Where can he even go?" he asked in a panicky voice. "I don't know but come on! Let's go and wake up the others!

We stormed into everyone rooms and woke them all up. All except for Ant. He was probably making breakfast downstairs.

"So... George is gone?" Sam asked me.

"Yes, I went into his room, and it was empty except for Patches!" I said.

"Okay, let's look for him but first we have to get Ant" Skeppy said as we all nodded. We all went downstairs and found and making breakfast.

"Ant! George is missing!" Bad yelled. "George is missing?" He asked. I nodded.

"Ant I brought the plate- Oh hi!" a quiet voice said behind us. We looked behind us and George was holding a stack of plates.

"George, these nimrods claim that you are 'missing'." Ant said using air quotes.

"I'm not missing. I'm right here!" George said with a confused smile. "You weren't in your room." I said. "Well, I woke up and wanted water, so I came down here. When Ant came down to make breakfast, he asked me if I wanted to help so I helped him make breakfast." He said putting the plates down on the counter.

"So... Dream. You woke us up for no apparent reason?" Sapnap asked me with a sly smile. "Uh... sorry?" I asked. "Oh, come here you!" Skeppy shouted and pounced on top of me.

"I didn't want to wake up to find George was missing of wrong accusation! I was worried sick" Karl said while he also jumped on top of me. "H-help m-me!" I wheezed while everyone except George, Sam and Ant jumped on me.

"F*** you Dream!" Skeppy said. "LANGUAGE!!!" Bad shouted.

"Ok get off him now." Sam said. "Yes, p-please" I said trying to catch my breath.

They all got off me and we all got served breakfast by George and Ant. "Ok Sam, you're fired from cooking with Ant. George is the new co-cook." Bad said.

"Hey!" Sam said. "I don't think I am good at cooking cause I've never cooked before" George said. "You're actually amazing at cooking" Sapnap said. Karl nodded, agreeing.

"Gogy! you hid your talents from me!" Karl said, playfully.

"Gogy??" we all looked at Karl.

"Yeah, It's his nickname" Karl said.

"Ok, George is officially called Gogy now!" Sapnap yelled.

"Sure..." George said uninterested.

"Oh yeah, We have to take Karl and George shopping because they've been wearing our old clothes." I said.

"We have?" They asked.

"Yeah? How have you not noticed?" Sapnap asked.

"Well, we usually never get different clothes so we don't really pay attention to that sort of stuff" Karl said like this was normal.

"Ok, no. We need to get these muffins some stuff. And can you get some muffins while you at it? Oh, wait, I'm going grocery shopping as well. Nevermind." Bad said.

"What's a muffin? I only found out what a pancake was this morning." George said.

"Oh, so these are pancake's that I read about in that paper thing with the pictures." Karl said.

We just stared at them. I'm pretty sure Karl talking about a book. How do they not know what a muffin is!?

"Okay. I'm pretty sure the 'paper thing with the pictures' is a book. And we are taking them grocery shopping too because who doesn't know what a muffin is?!" Bad said, fluffing up his wings.

Patches came downstairs and jumped onto George's lap.

"Hey! Your supposed to be my pet" I whined.

Mrrow! Patches meowed looking at me and then at George.

"He said that we can share her and not to worry and that she still loved you but was helping me with my nightma-" he clamped his hand on his mouth and looked at Karl.

We ignored the fact that he just said that he had constant nightmare to not worry him at the moment and continued with the normal stuff. But I kept a mental note on that.

"Patches really! I love you; you know!" I said, softening the mood.

Meow!

"Patches said ew" George said.

I pouted and patches came up to me and snuggled into me. Mrrrrrrooow!

"She said just kidding" George said, smiling at our playful banter probably.

I kissed her check and scratched her behind her ears. Mmmmmrrrroooow! Prrrrr. Prrrrr.

"She really likes that." George said smiling.

Meow! (You want scratchies from him too right~)

"Oh, shut up patches." He said blushing a little.

"What did she say?" I asked.

"Nothing..." he said and took a bite of his pancakes.

"Ok sooooo where are we going to take them shopping?" Skeppy asked.

"Walmart? Target?" Skeppy asked.

"Probably not. Cause those are like grocery shopping stores, right?" Bad said. "We need clothes for them."

"I know!!!" Skeppy shouted.

"Where?" Ant asked

"We can go to Niki's!!!" Skeppy said, clearly exited.

"Yeah, that'll work" I said.

"Does anyone want more pancakes?" Ant asked.

"Meeeeeeee!!! George's pancakes are the best!!!" Sapnap screamed, wagging his tail.
