Sunday dinner

Me and Peyton head downstairs and see our aunties come walking in and into the kitchen while my dad Vince and von are struggling to get inside with all the grocery bags

"I see you made all the men carry the bags" I said

"That's what there good for" peyton said laughing I laughed with her

All the men gave us a glare

"So next time you need money or your hair did don't ask me for money or anything since this all I'm good for" my dad said to us

"Ok no daddy we were kidding we love you" we said helping him with some of the Groceries

"Mhmm" he said side eyeing us we smiled and took the groceries to the kitchen

"So mom what are we cooking"

"Well we coming ham fried chicken Mac and cheese baked beans green beans yellow rice your grandma famous biscuits sweet potato pie and sweet tea" she said

"So who's on what duty" peyton said

"Well peyton for one you can cook for nothing how do you burn water" I said while laughing

"Shut up yasmine" she said rolling eyes

"She's right your on sweet tea duty" Toni said

"Whaa that's lame" peyton said

"You can't cook!" I said

"Tamar your on the sweet potato pie" Toni said

"Towanda I want you on fried chicken" she said

"Yes because everybody knows I have the best fried chicken" towanda said and she flipped her hair

"Traci I want you on the ham" Toni said

"Yasmine your doing the Mac and cheese because your good at it" Toni said

"Wait I wanted to do the Mac and cheese" Trina said

"Trina you can't cook!" Everybody said at the same time

"Alright damn" Trina said rolling her eyes

"You can do the rice tho I have a rice cooker all you gotta do it fill it up and press buttons" Toni said

"I'll do the baked bean and green beans and mommy's famous biscuits" Toni said

"Ok" eveybody said

The men went and sat down and drunk beers and watch the Sunday game on tv while me peyton tamar Trina towanda traci and my mom were in the kitchen conversating

"Oh dang I almost forgot everybody make two of everything my freinds are coming over for dinner too" I said

"You didn't ask me or tell me this" Toni said

"I was trying to but then I caught you and dad doing it I felt like I deserve the right to invite them after y'all scarred my eyes" I said

"Yas caught you and Kenny doing it" traci said

"Yes she did" Toni said

"Well who are your little freinds that are coming" tamar said popping her gums

"Well you guys know Adrianna and Ashley" I said

"Isn't that tichina and Tisha girls" towanda asked

"Yes mam"

"Oh yeah I remember them" Trina said

"And then Malik who is like a brother to me also Ashley's bf our friend Brianna" I said
