"In binary, there are only two possible values, it's zero or one. While octal's value is powered on 8's. Hexadecimal is just the same with octal, the difference is that the values are powers of 16." I answered calmly.
He nodded and wrote something on his paper before he called Dirv.
"Mr. Elrod," panimula nito. "How do you convert decimal to binary?"
"In dividing decimals to binary, you divide two on the integer given. If there's a remainder, put 1, if there's none then it should be 0. You should divide until the last quotient results to 0 or 1. Then write all the remainders from the last to first. That's how you'll get the binary." He explained, he even gestured his hand.
Nakakainis kasi kahit gaano siya nakakainis, when he talks in class, nakakamangha siya.
And he gets your attention rin talaga whenever he talk, maybe because of his deep voice tapos buo rin iyon.
Our prof then called someone else again. Nang matapos ay umalis na ito, giving us a lot of free time bago next class.
"Pano ba yan, Emiliana. Mukhang mas mataas grades ko sayo." Sabi nito kaya napangiwi ako.
"Asa ka Dirvin." Matigas kong sabi kaya napahalakhak siya.

"Asa ka naman, hanggang salutatorian ka lang, Dirv." Pang aasar ko dito. Napangisi naman siya.
