"Are you gonna tell him?" Koda asks and Y/n looks down to him with a crooked, worried smile.
"Uh.. No, absolutely not." She laughs. "No, if that time ever comes around then I will but right now I just need to set things straight."
Koda's expression saddens. "Well what is 'that time'? Do you plan on just never telling him anything? Not even hinting at it?"
"Look-" She clamps her hands together and points forward. "I have no experience in dating. I can barely talk about my own feeling clearly and with how our friendship is going I would be scared for how a relationship goes." She explains with perspiration beading on her temple. "If I'm ever going to be ready for a relationship I need to fix certain aspects of myself before even thinking about it."
Koda sighs. "What is there to fix? Perfect couples work around problems like that!"
She sighs and stares at the dry dirt ground as she walks. "Koda, there is no such thing as a perfect relationship because there is no such thing as a perfect person. Everyone has flaws and yes, if you love someone you work with them to keep it going but some issues can't be looked past." She rubs the back of her head. "And I don't want Hunter to be working around me and making him do all the heavy lifting. It would be nice if there was no work. What's the fun in relationships if it's all work." Koda hummed. "
Koda hummed. "So you're saying that you can't expect anyone to stay by your side no matter what flaws you have because some flaws are too much to handle? If you aren't working on your flaws to keep a healthy relationship there should be no relationship?" She laughs and nods, still shocked everytime by the capacity of his little brain. "I didn't know that... How do you know that?"
Y/n shrugs with a proud smile. "I observe a lot." She says. "But there's only so much you can learn from observation. Sometimes you gotta just live it to know."
"Is there anything you don't know because you haven't done it?" Koda asks.
She glances to the side. "Hm, well, I don't think I know how to cook!" They both laugh. "There's a lot of things I can't do, but there's plenty of time for me to learn." She says with a calmness over her.
"I wanna learn with you!" Koda says and Y/n rubs his head.
"I promise to try and teach you everything I learn. Only if you promise to teach me too." She winks to him.
He holds out his pinky. "Pinky promise!" They lock pinkies and he asks for a piggy back ride. "So where are we going?"
"Well, I'm a bit hungry. You?" She looks up to him for approval and he holds his chin to think.
"I could use another sandwich."

"♪If a Hoot makes a Hoot and gives a toot with a Hoot Hoot Hoot! ♪- Enemy approaching!" Hooty extends himself in the direction he hears a sound and Hunter looks around hopefully.
Nobody to be seen other than a small furry animal scurrying into a hole in the ground. "Hooty, look out for people!"
"Yes sir!" Hunter shook his head and ignored Hooty. He was annoying and more of a nuisance than a help but he'd rather die than go through another scenario like that. "So why are you walking alone through the woods mister Hooter?"
"Do you have a mute button?"
"Hunter! Hey, what are you doing here?" Once again she appeared. "And... Hooty." Honestly that greeting was too casual for her, there's no way she was real.
"He was looking for yo~ou!" Hooty wiggled around.
Hunter felt shocked but also relieved. Odd to actually find her out here though. If she was upset she would go get something to eat or cause trouble with the guards to release her nerves. "Hey! I-I" He cleared his throat. "I'm sorry, but. Is it actually you?" He reached to touch her shoulder and Hooty spoke up again.
