"Your kids are fighting." Y/n chuckled and the man turned around to face the childish siblings. Y/n could no longer see them but could now see the path they were taking and the location—they had already arrived and it was a large, barn shaped building. Warehouse perhaps. Not in good condition but a very aesthetic hide-out. "Wooow~, I love your hideout! Ominous and basic."

"Let me knock her out." The girl begged for permission while holding a small pocket knife up.

"That actually kills people-" Y/n tried to tease but was thrown onto the concrete ground and the smaller guy dragged her to a chair to tie her up. "Woah, I feel like Neville..."

"So this is what's gonna happen!" The muscular guy stood in front of her with his arms crossed. "We are gonna turn you in for the bounty reward. Try to escape and we'll kill you." Y/n took his threat lightly and sat relaxed in the metal folding chair with no fear from the situation.

"Henry! We found this—" His name was Henry; good to know. Henry went to a separate group of people who called out to him and Y/n observed what she could of the place. There were floating lights around to keep the area visible and all but not too much to attract attention from outside. They were pretty.

She was facing a wall so she couldn't see behind her but it sounded like there were lots of people. She tried to turn the chair but the binds that kept her tied up was vines growing from the ground so she was firmly stuck in place. "This sucks."

"Nan! Let go!" What sounded like a young boy struggling announced through the building. Y/n didn't recognize the voice but she panicked when she recognized the young sounding voice. Did these people take a couple of kids? She struggles and wriggles around to try and get out of the binds but was getting nowhere. She didn't care about herself getting in situations like this or getting herself hurt, but hurting a child in her presence will make her blood boil.

She reached her foot to the base of one of the vines and tried to rip it in half but with nothing but force she couldn't do it. Her hands couldn't move around much but if she could loosen the binds enough to at least move one finger... She forced her hand up enough and drew a circle in the air to control the plants. The drew them back into the ground and drew another big circle aiming for the light spells, and quickly before anyone saw her and tried to stop her.

The lights went out and everyone began to panic. "What happened! Who did that!" The lights were put up quickly again but Y/n was out of sight, so were the two kids. She grabbed them both and quickly teleported up to the rafters in a corner where the lights couldn't expose them.

The two kids were a boy and a girl, maybe 15 or 16. The boy had red hair and the girl had brown hair. Both in pajamas and very panicked. Y/n didn't get a good look at them until now and she squinted her eyes at them. "You're Marley's kids."

"You're the girl who works for dad." Y/n raises her head high proudly. "Why are you here? Do you work with these people?"

"No no, I was taken by them too." She clears her throat. "Okay, I'm gonna get you guys out of here and back hom-" suddenly the brother from earlier appeared behind Y/n and swung his Palisman at her head. She tried to deflect it but he was faster than anticipated. She was knocked off the rafter and fell to the floor below which was probably 20 feet and directly on her back.

People cheered for the guy. "Woo! Go Grayson!" The wind was knocked out of Y/n so she laid there for a moment. Grayson looked up to the kids who were desperately trying to figure a way out of there and when Y/n saw him prepare to cast a spell she threw Melanie at his head. The bottom part of the palisman bonked him hard on the head and he stumbled back but stayed on his feet. "Piece of..." He cast a spell to Y/n in rage but she dodged the fireballs he cast her way and a battle broke out. Before anything though she cast a barrier around Marley's kids then proceeded with the battle with a grin of anticipation and excitement plastered across both her and Grayson's face.
