Chapter Seventy

We had a lay in together the next morning for the first time in ages. The guys had planned to go out for lunch today together and just have a chilled out day. I cuddled into Daniels bare chest and traced circles on his stomach. He hummed and smiled and then kissed the top of my head.
"Good morning you" he mumbled
"Good morning" I said to him. "Thank you for yesterday, I love you so much" I whispered. He squeezed me tighter
"I love you to. I always will be there for you" he said
"I couldn't get to sleep properly last night and I was thinking about buying somewhere in England to live. I have my apartment in LA which I rarely stay at so I was thinking of selling but I love having a house there, and we're here in England a lot anyway for work. What do you think?" I asked him he started rubbing my back softly
"If you want somewhere to live properly in England I think maybe it's good. I could look with you. It's where you're originally from. But maybe you should sell your place in LA" he said, I looked up at him and he continued speaking, "you could then just move into my house in LA" I was shocked
"Daniel Ricciardo are you asking me to move in with you?" I said laughing
"Yes I am" he said
"Must be nice having a billion homes" I said sarcastically teasing him
"They would be your homes to" he said
"I'm not sure about that. What about if you want a break from me?" I said to him
"Alex, we practically together 10 months of the year. What's a couple more months?" He asked. Practicality wise, he has it easier having multiple homes. He didn't carry half as much stuff as I did from place to place
"We could find an England house together" he said. He was still half asleep and mumbling and I wasn't even sure he knew what he was saying
"Let me know when you are properly awake and actually realising what you're saying" I sighed and went to get up and he pulled me back down
"Alex I'm serious" his tone was a lot stronger this time. "What's the issue?" He asked
"There isn't an issue" I said, wriggling in his arms, "I just don't know where this come from, I didn't realise you would want something like that have literally no break from me. Working together and living together"
"Alex you're the love of my life, all the time in the world is still not enough time spent with you" he said, titling my head up to look at him. I was speechless, the love of his life. I, Alex Walker was the love Daniel Ricciardo's life. "Move in with me. All over the world. Live with me in Monaco, stay with me in LA, come home to Australia" he said. "And we'll buy a place together here. It will all be ours" he said.
"Wait hold on"
"What?"
"Homes? Not just England?" I asked, he nodded

I smiled up at him before climbing on top of him, my knees either side of his hips, I rested my head on my hands, my arms rested on his chest, he put his hands on my thighs and relaxed his head back into the pillow.
"Okay" I whispered
"Okay?" He confirmed
"Okay" I nodded. He smiled and reached up to kiss me, I put my finger to his lips stopping him
"What about bills and spending?" I asked
"Well the bills are minimal anyway" he said shrugging and looking slightly agitated which was strange
"Let me contribute" he shook his head. "Fine, England house is my responsibility" I said he shook his head again. "Daniel, please. You can't do everything, I don't even spend any money half the time" I said to him, he rolled his eyes
"Fine. But Alex" he said, I smiled and looked at him, I motioned for him to continue "never stop me from kissing you again" he said sharply before cupping my face with his hands and pulling my lips down onto his, I giggled and kissed him back, that was what he was agitated about? He rolled us over so he was on top of me. He pulled away suddenly and I was annoyed, it was getting heated. His lips were millimetres from mine
"If you would of told me a year ago I would meet the most wonderful perfect person in the world, fall in love and ask her to move in with me, I would of laughed, it's not what I thought I would ever get" he said to me. I smiled, he was the cutest person in the world. He always said the nicest things.
"You hadn't officially met me had you" I said to him. Sure, the season before I had seen Daniel. He was the funny attractive Australian driver, everyone loved him. Never did I think this would happened, but omg am I glad it did.
"No I hadn't. I just can never get enough" he said, his eyes looked hungry
"Well try and see if you can satisfy your hunger then" I was flirting with him so bad, he licked his lips and kissed me again, and he didn't stop.

An hour later I rolled out of bed and headed to the shower. Getting ready for the day, I was tired already, that was definitely eventful. I got dressed in black leather look leggings, a black hoodie and a varsity jacket, I pulled my socks on and tucked my leggings into them before pulling on my vans. Warm, comfy and trendy, of course. I walked into the bedroom and Daniel was ready to go as well, he smiled and came over, putting his arms around me.
"Plan, we go to LA, sort out things and move you out of your apartment, move you into mine. Then we take what you need to Australia, and then the next break between races if not before we resume we'll head to Monaco and sort out things there" he mumbled into the top of my head
"I'll just go shopping and buy a whole new wardrobe in every country" I said laughing
"Definitely can do that" he said
"I've not even been to your house in Monaco" I said to him him
"You'll love it" he said. "Now come on, otherwise we'll be late for lunch, and I know for a fact Lando will not be happy" he laughed. I locked my hands together behind his back and groaned "Alex I will carry you"
"No you won't" I said smirking. Oh but he did, no hesitation, he threw me over his shoulder and I screamed.
"Daniel!!" I yelled. He literally walked out the door
"I told you" he laughed
"You put me down right now!" I yelled
"Okay okay" he put my down and I turned to see Lando, Michael and Jon all laughing
"If you don't stop laughing right now, I will make your life hell. No time for training" I said pointing to Jon and Michael "and back to back media and interviews" I said pointing to Lando and then gently elbowing Daniel. The laughing died down and turned into snickering instead
"Lunch then?" Lando smirked. I nodded and linked arms with him
"Hey! What about me?" Daniel whined. I turned and stuck my tongue out at him and walked with Lando.
