I was over the moon that Hannah wanted me to be Noah's godmother, and his name suited his beautiful face, he started crying soon after Hannah started drinking her tea, so I took over and held him, with Hannah's permission of course as I didn't want to meddle, but she was happy for me to. He was so beautiful, I cuddled him and he settled down immediately on my chest.

"He loves you" Liam said
"Honestly he's so beautiful, he looks just like you Liam" I smiled, I didn't take my eyes off of Noah
"Poor kid" Daniel joked which Liam agreed with
"Don't be silly" Hannah said, she snapped a picture of me holding Noah and we all chatted away together. It wasn't long before we had to leave and give them their peace and quiet back. I sat in the car as Daniel drove the short distance to our house.
"Can't wait for that day" Daniel said, breaking the silence "he looked so peaceful with you, you're a natural with kids aren't you" he laughed
"My natural sunny disposition, just call me Mary Poppins" I laughed
"Who's Mary Poppins?" Daniel asked
"WHAT?" I couldn't believe he didn't know who Mary Poppins was
"What?" He asked
"Daniel, we are watching Mary Poppins, you can't not know who she is! It's a brilliant film, she's a nanny that looks after these two kids and teaches them the more important values in life and then she leaves when they don't need her anymore"
"Sounds like a child's film" he laughed
"It is a child's film! But we're watching it!" I said
"Okay okay, I'll cook dinner, you can sort out the film" Daniel said as we pulled into the gates of our house, I clicked the button in the car and closed them behind us.
"What you going to cook?" I asked him, it was known he wasn't the best chef in the world, but he made such a good bbq chicken pasta dish.
"Hmm, you're favourite?" He asked, winking at me
"Chicken pasta??" I asked as we stepped out of the car, he nodded and I smiled as I followed him into the house.

I got some blankets out of the throw basket and some snacks ready for after dinner, along with drinks, placing them on the table in the room we had set up with a large u shaped sofa, it was massive, blacked out curtains and a large screen, it was our comfy room. We had movie nights a lot here, Michael loved it to. I went upstairs and got changed out of my clothes and into pyjamas.
"Can you watch the dinner doesn't burn while I get changed?" Daniel asked, coming up behind me and placing his arms around my waist, I leaned back into his embrace smiling.
"Yeah" I said, he kissed my cheek and let me go. I got to the door and he grabbed my wrist and spun me round and I flung into him, he titled my chin up and kissed me, I nearly fell over, if it weren't for him holding me I would off, the type of kiss to make you fall in love all over again.
"What was that for?" I asked a little breathless when he let go of me
"Just because" he smiled, I smiled back and pecked him once more before leaving the room, walking down the stairs all giddy and into the kitchen.

After dinner, Daniel and I cuddled up on the sofa watching the film, he really got into it and laughed when I sang along to the songs throughout the film. We then put another film on, that Daniel chose. I didn't realise I had fallen asleep until I was being carried up the stairs. I smiled as I got cosy in bed and Daniel crawled in next to me.

"This is where I told you I was falling for you" Daniel smiled as we walked into our hotel room in Barcelona. I smiled remembering it.
"Yeah, you fell pretty quickly" I laughed as I dropped my bag down and fell on the bed
"Hey, so did you" he laughed, falling next to me.
"Do you ever think it's weird, how quickly it happened?" He asked
"Sometimes, but then I think when you've found the right person you just know, and also we spend every single day together, it's like a normal relationship just fast forward and on high intensity. Spending days and sometimes weeks together will do that" he said casually, I suppose I never thought of it like that. Of course I didn't care, I knew I loved him, but I also thought about how quickly it happened, how quickly we got together and how quickly we fell in love, but I certainly wouldn't be who I am today without the past year to look forward to.
"It's also where we celebrated my birthday" I said as I played with the bracelet sitting on my wrist, I never took it off, it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever received, Daniel smiled.

We were in Spain for the sixth race of the season, we were heading home to Monaco straight after for the next race, which was going to be nice to be actually home for it and just walk to the track and be nearby, not living out of a suitcase and to be in my own bed. A lot of them lived in Monaco so it was nice for all of them, and it would certainly be easier.

The team were on a high and ready to go again. The car was performing so so well, and the guys were driving brilliant races, it was definitely a good feeling and we were in a good place. The weekend passed in a blur and before I knew it, I was sitting the garage waiting for the lights to go out and the race to begin.

"There's something wrong with his car" Jon said as he came over to myself, Sophie and Ben
"What? Who?" I asked
"Lando, somethings not shifting properly" he said. The final car was pulling into the 20th space on the grid, this was not the time. I shook my head in disbelief
"Lando's retiring the car" I heard his head engineer say
"No no no. He hasn't even started" I groaned. Michael was also next to us, although we were team Daniel, Michael, Sophie and I, it wasn't ideal and we still wanted Lando to do well, he was part of this team and so we're we.
"Daniel, Lando's retiring the car. Do your best, your priority for strategy just let us know what you need. 30 seconds till lights out" I heard Daniel's engineer say on the radio.

The race begun and soon after Lando was being pulled back into the garage in his car. He was pissed off, Ben and Jon were straight with him. Jon to try and help him and Ben to do his media. Blake joined us and we all sat and watched Daniel's race as it unfolded. He started 9th which was bad by this seasons standards, he had been disappointed all of the previous evening, but I kept telling him he could certainly do it.
