chapter 25: plans go wrong

"Tell me again why I have to stay here while you have all the fun." I pout to Gilinsky as him and Jack go over the plan again.

"Because I don't need anything happening to you." Gilinsky softly says kissing my forehead. I growl. I'm not a child. I'm just as capable of getting my bother as they are, but I don't argue. I sigh giving in.

"Stay here." He checks his gun for the last time and nods to Jack. They both leave the hotel room, leaving me in complete silence. I hear their cars pull away and sigh. I'm alone. I never get to have any fun. I don't get it. Stephanie and Mariah get to go and I'm stuck here bc I'm kians sister.

I guess maybe its because they have more training than me. Whatever.

I lay down on the bed determined to maybe get some  sleep. Just as my eyes drift shut I hear voices outside my room.

"What if she isn't here?" I freeze.

"Jacks too smart to take her with them." I hear another voice say. I quickly roll off the bed and slide under it as they start to pick the lock.

I pull out my phone and start to send Gilinsky an SOS text.

Right as I hit to send the door slams open and I cover my mouth to keep from screaming. I watch as 2 sets of footsteps enter the room. I slowly slide my phone into my pocket and wince as my phone makes a noise.

The feet freeze and the guy in front of the bed says,

"Did you hear that?"

"No...what'd you hear?" A guy over by the window asks.

"It came from under the bed." The guy says. I silently curse myself for being stupid.

I let out a scream as they both peer under the bed and before I know it I'm being dragged out from under the bed and my arms are behind mj back. I stare into green eyes and take note of his black hair and scar above his left eye. His lips curl into a smile.

"Oh how Jack will be so angry we've captured his precious Kenzie." He smirks.

"Fuck you!" I scream at him. I then cry out in pain as his hand connects with my face. Ooh Gilinsky gonna kill him for that.

"You know being Kians sister you'd think you'd have more manners." He says.

"You know being an asshole you'd think you wouldn't hit women." I wince as I get slapped again. The hold on my arms tighten and I grit my teeth in anger.

"What should we do with her boss?" The guy holding me asks.

"I'd say kill her.....but let's have some fun first." He chuckles.

"You wouldn't dare!" I say.

"Oh but I would. Tie her up"

I start fighting against the guy holding me but he slams me to the floor and puts his knee in my back. I continue to struggle as I feel m wrists being tied together behind my back. Then my ankles are tied.  My eyes go wide in fear. I'm gonna get raped.

I am rolled over and the guy who suggested it kneels down next to me and runs his hand up my leg.

"Please don't do this..." I plead as tears start forming in my eyes.

"Poor girl. If only you knew what you got into by getting involved with Jack. He only ran away because-"  he is cut off by my phone dinging. He reaches into my pocket pulls it out and laughs.

"Aww jacks concerned about you. If he only knew how much trouble you really were in." He laughs harder.

"Gilinsky will kill you!" I spit out and instantly regret it.

"Then let's give him a reason to." He pushes the call button on my phone and speaker and I listen to my phone ring.

"Baby? Are you okay ?" Gilinsky voice answers. I start to cry at his concern.

"Gilinsky help! They are gonna rape me!" I cry out and the. Whimper as the boss slaps me again.

"Quiet!" He commands.

"Ross, let her go!" Gilinsky pleads.

"No can do Jack. Shouldn't have left your precious girlfriend here." Ross days.

"Let her go and Jack and I will come back...." Gilinskys voice wavers.

"Sorry Jack. Should of thought of the consequences before you left." Ross smirks.

"I swear to god you hurt her, I'll shoot you myself. Swear to-" Ross hangs up my phone and smirks at me.

"Gets her in the car....I'm sure the boss will be happy with our new find." The guy yanks me out the door and down to a black car where he throws me in the back and shuts the door. The both get in the front and I notice the second guy has blonde hair.

"Ready?" Ross asks his partner who nods. He then stats the car and floors it away. The only thought on my mind was Gilinsky and how I've failed him.
