During the night, Taehyung woke up because of small sobs. He looked down and saw Ara crying in his embrace, trying to be as silent as possible.
He became worried as he immediately turned her over to lay on her back and hovered above her, turning on the small nightlight that rested on his nightstand.
"Are you okay, Angel?" He asks wiping her tears. She sniffles "Dada... I-I feel scared"
"Why do you feel scared, my love?" He asks, lowering his head closer to hers. "I-i keep having nightmares... nightmares of appa... I-it won't stop dada! I hate it" She complains, hopelessly crying into her palms.
Taehyung frowns as he peels her hands away from her face "Sweetheart... when did this start? Why didn't you tell me?"
"I-I felt bad... I didn't want to disturb you, it's been going on ever since you brought Jungwon and his mom into the house" She mumbles, wiping her tears.
Taehyung sighs "Don't ever do that again, I don't like to see you crying. C'mere, cuddle with dada, he'll make you forget everything" He says, opening his arms for her.
He hums a soft tune in her ear while patting her back, making it easier for her to fall asleep. He looked at the time and sighed, it was a quarter past 2 and he knew he had to be somewhere during this time.
He stood up abruptly making Ara look at him in confusion. He goes to his closet and brings out a giant teddy bear and gives it to her "I'm sorry love. I have to go somewhere right now... Jungkookie will be in his room so if you feel scared, go to him, okay?"
She pouted "Y-you'll come back quickly right?"
He nods and kissed her forehead "I promise... and this time, don't follow me, okay?" She nods and hugs the teddy under the blanket.

"Confess" Taehyung slammed his hand on the table in front of him, glaring at Jungwon and his exhausted mom. Jungwon's lips quivered in fear as he gulped and said "H-Hwang... he teamed up w-with the p-parks and the Jeons"
Taehyung's eyes widen "WHAT THE FVCK ARE YOU SAYING?!"
"I-it's true... he r-reached out to them and teamed up with them a-and in return, the families get their respective sons back" Jungwon said before losing consciousness.
