I walked down the lit up street.
I looked at my feet and sighed
"Damn heels." I chuckled
I felt someone tap my shoulder, I turned around
"Hey." The other person said with a nervous smile and wave
I felt my eyes widen with confusion "Hi! It's been so long.. friend..?" I tilted my head a little
"No, no. Don't worry, you don't know me." She took a deep breath in "I'm Eliza. We've talked before."
"Oh right! Hey!" I excitedly said and immediately put my hands around her neck, hugging her tightly without thinking
I felt her stumble a little
Great Ari, you've done it again.
I slowly backed up "Sorry about that"
"Oh it's okay" she scratched the back of her neck
"You're beautiful." I smiled, putting my hands behind my back
She looked down "Oh...thank you."
"What are you doing here? Are you walking home? Do you want me to walk with you? I could. It's a little scary after we go past this street."
"Thank you so much but I was just- um- I- I just came here to meet you."
"Well then...turns out I'm a coward" I laughed at myself "How come you wanted to meet me? Of course, I did too but, you know."
"I just...wanted to talk." She looked down once again
I chuckled "You're adorable."
She looked at me and smiled "I think i'll leave now."
"So soon?" I asked as she walked away
She turned her head and waved.
I gave her a smile back "It was nice meeting you!" I yelled

Eliza gave Ari one last smile before going her way again
"Damn it...why is she so nice?" She said to herself
She heard her phone ring
On the phone
Hello?
El?
Yes, love? *Smile*
Where are you? I just came over but you weren't there.
Oh, I just..um- I was coming home but guess who I met on the way? *Nervous chuckle*
