Chapter Thirty-Two - Stolen Juices

Ray and I bickered for a bit then we decided to head off to do our separate things. I went to the library to meet up with Norman so we could help each other study with the subjects we are struggling with. He, of course, is helping me with Astronomy.

     "Ughhh! Why do we even need to learn this?! It's nonsense!"

     "Because we need to be professionals at everything."

     "Ok, but if one professor only teaches one subject why do we have to learn them all?! Explain that!"

     "Lower your voice Y/n, you're going to get us kicked out. Also, it's to give us more options for when we're older."

     "Hmm, I guess you're right. I just don't understand why Astronomy has to be a part of it!" I start crying out of frustration and I lay my head on my book. Norman sweat drops and pats my back awkwardly.

     "This was so much easier when the emo boy was teaching me! I actually understood it then, so why am I having difficulties now?!"

     Norman is silent for about ten seconds.

     "Sorry, did you say that when Ray was helping you, you understood it more?" Norman speaks up.

     "Yes I did! Merlin Norman, I didn't know you have hearing issues!" I whisper yell to him to not get kicked out of the library. He pauses before saying;

     "I'll be back." He stands up and walks out of the library while I watch him. I sigh and go back to trying to understand what is written in my Astronomy book.

Norman's Pov

     I'm speed walking around Hogwarts to try and find Ray. As co-leader of the Ray x Y/n ship operation I need to make sure that they are spending time together as much as possible. Malfoy of course insisted on being the leader of the operation. I'm about to rush past the courtyard before I see out of the corner of my eye that Ray is there. And he's talking to...Anna? Is Anna blushing?! Holy, she is. I have to tell Malfoy about this.

     I see Malfoy sitting by a tree at the Black Lake as I approach him. I didn't know Malfoy could sit on grass, I thought he was too rich for that. He looks up at me as I approach him and sit down next to him.

     "Alright Malfoy, I have a report. And it's not a good one." I inform him.

     "What happened this time?" I tell him about how Anna could be a potential obstacle in our operation. Once I finish he nods and stays silent for a bit.

     "I guess we'll just have to take her out of the picture." He finally says.

     "How will we do that though?"

     "Avada kedavra her."

     "We are not going to do that!"

     "What?! It's the easiest way!"

     "It may be the easiest way but we don't do that stuff here. I don't know how else we're going to remove her from the picture but we are not going to kill her."

     "Ugh, your choice."

Y/n's Pov

     I keep banging my head against my book. Norman hasn't come back yet and I can't understand anything at all. I probably look like a moron to people who are watching me. I feel someone put their hand on my shoulder from behind me.

     "Are you ok, Y/n?" I hear someone ask. I recognize the voice as Don's and I turn to look at him.

     "If I'm being honest, not in the slightest. Astronomy is too complicated even for my level of grades!" I answer him.
