It's Been a Few Years

Woah, Okay. Lexi speaking here.
You last saw me almost 2 years ago, when I was living the perfect life.
And to summarise the last 2 years...
It has been the best 2 years of my life
Two years spent with my best friends and soulmates
Not much I can complain about.

But, in case you are confused allow me to break down the last two years into key events:

Bonnie and the Salvatores ended up coming over to the mansion ALL. THE. TIME.
Stefan finally got used to not wanting Klaus dead
There was A LOT of no humanity Elena drama
Damon and Elena officially got together
And then they broke up
And then they got back together again
Silas happened
Bonnie, Elena and Caroline started at Whitmore college 
Nadia showed up
A lot of random traveller shit
Damon and Elena broke up again
Bonnie became the anchor
Damon and Elena got back together again
Katherine showed up
Nik threatened to hunt Katherine down for the next millennium after finding out we slept together. 
Katherine died (kinda)
Katherine was in Elena's body... like they weren't already doppelgangers?
Rebekah got used to not wanting Bonnie's head on a stick
Enzo got saved
I met Enzo
My mates almost killed Enzo for flirting with me
I finally saw Nik in wolf form
And I feel like I have set a world record for the most amount of sex had in a lifetime over the past 2 years. 

Anyways, after 2 years of continuing my streak of living my best life, something has to go wrong and cause everything to crash and burn... right?

Or maybe I'll be fine
