Five locked the door and started pacing around Elliot's bed, nearly ripping out his hair.

"Five." I said.

"What?" He turned around.

"I know you may not think that this would be the best solution right now, but it's a reasonable one." I said.

"What is it?"

"How about we rest for the night and wake up early? It's 5:30-"

"We can just sleep through this. We need to figure out how to stop doomsday-"

"I know that Five! But will you please just listen to me for once? Your mind will be fresh in the morning and you could come up with something. Just tell me, when was the last time you slept for more than four hours?"

He stayed quiet.

"Ok. I promise to wake you up at dawn. Just come lie down." I pleaded.

"Fine." Five sighed. "Hold on, I'll be right back."

Five blinked away.

I rolled my eyes and walked to Eleanor's drawer and grabbed the sweatpants. I took off my jeans and slipped them on before Five came back. And as I was picking my jeans back up, Five blinked back into the room with a glass of water in his hand.

I went and sat down on the bed. "Water?" I asked.

"If you're making me sleep, I'm making you drink."

"As long as it's not alcohol." I said.

He walked over to me and handed me the glass, I looked up at him and drank half of it.

"All of it." He urged, but in a playful way.

I drank the rest of it and wiped my mouth, "Better?" I asked sarcastically.

"Much." Five took the glass from me and sped-walked over to the desk and put the glass down.

"Pretty fast for an old man." I teased.

Five turned around slowly and looked at the floor, "Old man... holy shit."

"What?" I asked concerned.

"I was sent to 1963 to make sure the president was assassinated by the Commision. Which means-"

"A briefcase." I said in realization.

Five jumped onto the bed and tackled me into a hug, "Ahh! What was that for?"

"You just came up with the idea of how to save the world."

"I just said that you were fast."

Five got off of me, and I sat up and laid on the other side of the bed.

Five sat up and took his shoes, blazer, vest, and tie off. He laid down and took a deep breath, and stared at the ceiling.

"So what's the plan for tomorrow? So I'm not clueless." I asked.
