Well, sometimes it's hard to tell
You and Vegeta once again got into a bit fight like always, it was hard working with someone who you once dated for about three years. You tried not to think about it but you still wish that things were different you don't even remember why you both broke up in the first place.
I still miss him more than ever

It was hard trying not to talk about the good old times when you hung out with the other's when Vegeta wasn't around since he normally trained almost every day. But everyone could see deep down that you did miss him and still loved him, he was also easy to read he still loved you since why else would he always yell at you for being to reckless or for getting hurt; but you both were to stubborn for your own good to say sorry or say something.

Tell her I'm doing fine

Say that I think of her from time to time
Vegeta could always be found doing some sort of training to blow off steam from fights you both have, he was mostly angry at himself even though he never said it himself. Hell he still wondered how he kept you for three years after all the bullshit that went down between you both and the others; he couldn't help but think if there was maybe a small chance that maybe you both could get back together but even that could be out of his reach like everything else.

There were sometimes where he would see you across the streets when he ventured out into the city but he never went up and talked to you; hell you guys haven't spoken to each other if it wasn't some form of yelling. But he can still remember how you smiled and laughed at the smallest things he wouldn't show it but your smile made him smile and he missed that deeply.

After every fight you both would think of each other as you stared out into nothing thinking, wondering if anything would change for the better or if thing's would stay like this. You some how wished things would change since you were sick of all the fighting. Even though you thought that Vegeta never thought you wanted that and just kept you at arms length for most things but he wished things were different too.

Deep down, the fire still burns for him
It was another one of those boring days where Vegeta was just wondering around trying to clear his head of all the thoughts that were swimming around his head trying to tell him stuff he should have done and said; but in his thoughts he was snapped out of them when he saw a glimpse of [H/L] [H/C] hair to his left which made him look seeing you once again so close and yet still far.
And even if it takes forever
Say I'll still be here
But this time he wasn't going to walk away like so many times before. He finally swallowed his pride and walked over to you clearing his throat catching your attention making you turn and see him behind you which surprised you a little bit.
"I um....damn it, fine I'm sorry I snapped at you" he started not used to saying sorry that much but he still held that attitude he normally did which you couldn't help but smile a little at.
"Its fine, not the first time I saw you blow up like that" you couldn't help but tease him since he always had a temper.
He slightly looked away from you with a slight blush on his his cheeks trying to hide it but you could clearly see it which made you smile warmly at his face.
"If its not, to late maybe we could try again?" he asked still looking away as he was hoping you would say yes but still was waiting for no.
"I think we can" you smiled again blushing again which he looked at you a bit surprised but relieved that you said yes.

He held out his hand to you which you took in your hand as well thinking that everything was going to be alright now; after you guys have a long talk about things right now. You both will be alright with things now and Vegeta vowed to himself that he wouldn't let you go again even if he wasn't going to say it out loud you knew he would be by your side forever.
