Chapter 10

I suck in my stomach but then breathe out, my once toned stomach gone. Instead my stomach shaped a small circle in the middle of my stomach. It wasn't noticeable but if you knew what my stomach looked like before you would definitely notice a change. 

“Oh my God, Infinity! Hurry up it doesn't take you that long to put on your dress!” Alida complains as she pounds on my bathroom door. I roll my eyes and finish pulling up my dress then leaving my bathroom. “Alright your hair is done, what are you doing to do for make up?” She asks as she finishes up pinning her hair into a poof. 

My hair was down in tight curls with a black and white feather in my hair, I had pinned some hair to the side of my head, my silver and white dress tightly fit me, I had some simple flats on my feet, diamond earrings on, a simple heart necklace, and French manicure on my nails. 

“Um, for make up I'm going to do simple. A little eye liner, pearl eye shadow, mascara, and lip gloss.” I tell her as I open my make up case. “What are you doing?”

Alida shrugs as she grabs her make up bag. “Eye liner, light brown eye shadow, mascara, blush, cover up, and lip gloss.” She answers. I nod then we walk into my bathroom, getting ready to head to homecoming. 

Owen and Colt were meeting us up at the dance in an hour as we all decided it wasn't prom so no Boyfriend had to pick us up for this dance. I was actually very excited about this dance tonight, I mean I was going with Colt, and Colt is hot. What's not to look forward too? Nothing. Okay besides the point I'm nearly five weeks pregnant everything was perfect. I wasn't going to let my pregnancy take away my fun tonight, tonight is the only night I get to be a normal teenager and I wasn't going to let that go.

I smile when I see Colt talking to Owen near a table, they were both wearing black khaki pants. Owen was wearing a white shirt with a blue tie to match Alida's dress and Colt was wearing a white shirt with a gray tie, to match my dress. Colt's hair was his usual messy look and he looked good tonight. 

“Hey.” I announce as Alida and I walk over to the guys. 

Owen and Colt look over at us. “Hey.” They both say and then the music starts. People start crowding in and us four walk over to the middle of the room where everyone was already dancing. 

“How's River?” I ask Colt as I turn around to face him. 

Colt shrugs. “She came home last night, she's starting to walk around. She says she feels better.” Colt explains. 

I smile at him. “That's good.” I tell him then a petite blond meets my eyes. “What is she doing here?” I snap with a groan. Colt looks behind his shoulder, looking over people then he sees her. He lifts and eyebrow then looks back at me. 

“What, you two met each other?” He asks and I nod. “You met my ex, Anne?” 

I nod. “Real charmer she is.” I mutter.
