“So you got a lot of cute baby clothes for Christmas?” Alida questions.

I nod. “Since we don't know the gender Kathy kind of did multiple colors but she mostly bought onesies, then I got some baby bottles but I can't believe your Dad got you a fricken car!” I exclaim as I hit her arm, playfully.

Alida laughs. “I look hot in my black mustang.”

“Agreed.” We both laugh with each other but then a girl knocks into me.

“Watch who you fuck - oops I mean watch where you go.” She laughs with her friends as they walk away. I gulp and look at Alida who has the same expression on her face. Confusion.

“What was that about?” I rush out as I panic.

“I don't know.” Alida whispers.

“Slut.” Someone says as they walk by me and shove my shoulder back. Tears burn in my eyes as I look up at Alida. Alida grabs my hand and she rushes out of the hallway but she stops short.

“What?” I ask, Alida grabs a piece of paper hanging on a locker and hands it to me. I grab it from her.

On the piece of paper is my year book picture with the words 'Doesn't know who the daddy is? Such a dirty little slut, Infinity' underneath my picture. Words couldn't even describe how I was feeling. Betrayed, sick, hurt, pissed, but whatever I was feeling didn't make sense to me well because I've never felt such pain before in my whole life. Everything in my body just felt frozen. I couldn't move, I couldn't breathe, and I couldn't feel. Nothing could register right in my mind.

I'm hearing what Alida is saying but I couldn't make a sound. All I could do is watch Alida's mouth move and not say anything back. The tears didn't even come out even when I desperately wanted them too. I wanted to just cry and cry until I couldn't cry no more.

My feet moved on their own as they followed Alida out of the school and into the parking lot. I just don't understand why someone would do something like this to me, who could possibly hate me this much? Was it Lance? Did he think it would funny to do this? Was he trying to make a point?

Never in my life did I need Colt so bad.

“Does the school not know what's going on?!” My Dad growls as he throws his fists on the kitchen table.

“Steven, I brought the paper to the office, they said they would take care of it.” Alida ensures.

“Dad, I'm going to bed.” I mumble as I stand up and walk out of the kitchen and into my bedroom.

“What are you thinking?” Alida asks as she walks into my room.

“That I need Colt.” I sigh.

Alida pouts. “He'll be here, Infinity.”
