Unrevealed Love

Chapter 20

“What are you doing here?” I question after a state of shock that Colt is standing in my school, next to my locker. 

“Transferred schools.” Colt answers as he shrugs. 

My heart beats faster. “Yeah but why?” I panic. 

“Hey Colton-wait, Colton?” Owen says when he walks over to us with a shocked expression on his face. 

“Hey, Owen what's up?” Colt says as they do that man hug thing. “And I transferred because I want to be closer to my girlfriend. I can't be closer to my girlfriend?” 

“Is this because of everything that's happened?” Alida asks Colt. Colt just shrugs in response but then glares at Lance when he walks by my locker, I elbow his stomach. “Awe, Colt it is! You are so sweet!” Alida gushes as she squeezes Colt's cheeks. Colt narrows his eyes at her and she immediately lets go. “So are you staying here for the rest of Senior year?” She questions. 

“Yes.” Colt answers. “Now we have math to attend.” Colt announces. 

“See you in math?” I ask Alida, she nods. I then grab Colt's hand and drag him to math. 

He needs serious talking too.

I throw the ice pack at Colt and he catches it. 

“Can you please talk to me?” Colt complains and I just ignore him. “I punched Lance what's the big deal?” 

“You punched Lance the first day you come to my school!” I exclaim. 

“He left you!” Colt yells. 

I sigh and rest my elbows on the counter top. “It doesn't mean you go and punch people, Colt.” 

“The condom thing and the sign thing, Infinity. How was I suppose to let Lance get away with that?” I sigh. “Come on I just wanted to punch him. I promise you it'll never happen again.” I lift an eyebrow. “Okay I can't promise you anything but come on, he got what he was asking for.” 

I groan and drop my head but look up at him from under my eyelashes. “You're suspended for a week, Colt how does this help me?” 

Colt sighs and puts the ice pack on his busted lip. “I screwed up, okay?” I nod. “Follow me.” He bosses as he stands up and walks behind me and opens a door, I sigh but follow him out of the kitchen and out the door to his porch. A smile forms on my face when I see his huge backyard, it had to be miles and miles, there was a pool, a basketball court, street hockey court, the grass was the greenest I've ever seen grass, a dirt bike trail in the back, a skate park, and it was gorgeous with all the trees surrounding the backyard. “Come here.” I look over at Colt to see him in a bed that is hanging from the roof of the house. I chuckle but sit next to him on the comfortable bed. 

“What do your parents even do?” I ask as I'm amazed.
