"You know one day we have to stop coming to the beach when it's pitch black outside." Simone commented.
The young teacher sat in between her boyfriend's legs. A new position from their usual side by side watching the waves crash. The beach was not her normal choice to spend her time especially at night however maybe it did become their little spot. It was seven pm and Simone was wired on energy drinks and full from thai cruisine.
"Don't even try to avoid the topic." Jordan drawled.
"I have no idea what you're talking 'bout Coach."
"Oh, I remember it very clearly!" He interrupted.
Simone snorted at his response. She still does not believe it herself. She didn't chase - they chased her. Yet, she knew how big of a deal this was and how this could change everything. She dropped her head back resting it against his shoulder.
"That's because you are an attention whore." She whispered, scrunching up her nose looking up at him. She purposely dodged his kiss seeing his unamused facial expression only made her giggle even harder.
"It's the nerve for me. You gave me a lap dance darling, I think you want my attention too."
"Maybe... but I didn't have to try that hard to get it now did I? Therefore , I win!" She gave him a once over waiting for him to deny his thirsty behavior.
"Shut up and kiss me." He leaned in closer watching her dodge him again.
"Ah, you're just proving my point very well." Simone pinched his cheek seeing him roll his eyes.
"Don't roll your eyes at me! I'll make you drop and give me push ups in this sand."
"You talk a lot of shit for somebody so fun sized." He chuckled.
"Gotta keep you on your toes coach. You never know what you're gonna get." She ran her fingers down his leg.
"What are the ground rules?" He rested his chin on her shoulder waiting.
"Nobody can know. Simple as that. We don't need principal Kennedy involved telling us what we should do. We want to set a good example you know? God forbid parents running their mouths too." She huffed at the thought.
Jordan may have been the one that she talked to the most but that didn't mean she wasn't willing to try to be friends with the others. She also knew he had a reputation to uphold. They probably only cared about him winning games but for Simone , it was going to paint her in a different light.
"Sooo no kind of pda?" He poked out his lip.
"Absolutely not! My students already have a field day if you even walk past my door."
She knew he did it on purpose. He had other shit to do and he made it a point to be annoying. She would never be vocal about how much she appreciated his popcorn visits least not now.
"Hey, it's not my fault you can't control your classroom." Jordan glanced at her.
"Take that back!"
"Nope, not until you kiss me.." Jordan said seriously though his actions as he tickled her sides said differently.
"You make me want to vomit. I'm changing your contact name to needy."
"I mean I like Ariana's safety net song better but okay." He joked feeling her kiss the side of his mouth.
"What the hell was that? Compared to what you did , that was weak. Boooo! Tomatoes , tomatoes, tomatoes, I'm throwing tomatoes." He continued giving his girlfriend a thumbs down.
