Hey!!!

Exams are coming! ahhh! kill it with fire!

Anyway 123 and...

...........

Rain. It keeps kids from playing outside, from enjoying summer.

Rain seeped through the cloudy sky and we heard thunder shake the tiles on the roof. All of us were stuck inside, bored.

Cam, Keegs and even Troy came over for another surf day but that was out of question when rain pelted down.

"I'm so bored!" Keegs said.

"Tell me about it." Nina said playing with her hair.

"We could watch some TV?" I suggested.

"Already did that and plus the satellite is messed up because of the thunder." said Cam rolling over on the sofa.

"Snakes and Ladders?" Keegs said.

"We have already played three games, we get it your the reigning champion." said Nina in a bored voice.

"What about watching a film?" I say.

"Yeah ok." Said Cam.

I smiled I went to the DVD rack, in the corner of my eye I see Troy exit the room.

"Titanic?"

"No!" said Cam and Keegs, I laughed.

"Don't you want to see my future husband Leo on screen? I know I do." I said.

"True dat." Nina replied.

"I would rather drown my self in the puddles outside." Cam muttered.

"Too bad, We are watching it!" Nina snapped.

I started the movie and we all got comfy, digging into our popcorn bowls, Cam will never admit it, but he got teary when Jack let Rose go on the life boat. Troy still wasn't back, where was he?

"I'm gonna go get a drink and go to the loo." I say getting up.

"You can't leave now, the ship is sinking!" exclaimed Keegs.

"I thought you guys hated this?" Nina said smugly, the boys huffed, I rolled my eyes and went out the living room.

I searched the kitchen, upstairs, bathrooms, everywhere. Where was he? He didn't leave, his car is here? Or did he walk off? I started to panic when I saw a figure hunched on the patio of the garden.

The rain was coming down like bullets when I opened the sliding door, running to Troy.

"What are you doing out here?" I say, drenched.

"I like the rain." He said looking away, his hair plastered to his face, his eyes bluer than ever.

"Yeah well I hope you like colds too." I mutter, he laughs darkly.

"Go back inside, I'm fine." He says.

"No, come back in Troy, I'll make you your favourite caramel hot choclate." I persuade.

"You remember that?" Troy says.

"Huh?"

"That I like caramel hot chocolate?"

"Seriously, we are soaked and thats what you pick up!"

He shrugs.

"When it was cold you would always like to drink caramel hot chocolate. You and Scar, it was your thing with her." I say.

"You always notice everything don't you? Never asking for much, just looking from afar. I've always admired that about you." Since when was his voice so deep and soft?

"Well uh thanks." I say.

He nods. I can't wait any longer, so I take his hand and pull him inside and lock the door.

"You can go outside when it has stopped raining, but for now your watching a ship sink. And I don't care if you're older and you like the freaking rain-" He cuts off my rambling.

"You can let go of my hand now Shay."

I look down, shit. I quickly let go with a sheepish smile.

Then, he smiles. Did I just make him smile? Omg. Capturing moment in brain. Now.

Insides melt now. Shit just got real.

He runs his hand through his wet hair, sticking up all over the place.

"Let's join the others before they think I have diarrhoea problems." I nearly thump myself on the forehead for saying that. So ladylike Shay.

But Troy just laughs following me.

"What happened to you two?!" Cam says when he sees us.

I look at Troy and he smiles, "We like the rain."

I shrug, while Cam is gasping like a fish.

"Pass the popcorn would ya?" I say plopping down next to Nina.

Troy sits next to me, I feel his warmth, even in his damp state.

"You know Shay, you can hold my hand anytime you want." He whispers, making me shiver. Then he winks at me and puts his arm over my headrest.

There was no way I could concentrate on the movie now. Move over Leo, there's a new man in town.
