Since the situation with Terry, I had decided to stop drinking and start going to AA meetings that were being held at Saint Thomas. I have been going twice as week which no one knew that I was going, except from Happy. I have only been about 3 times and during those times that I went, I just sat at the back of the room listening to what people were saying.

During the week and a half I have been sober, I knew that everyone had caught on that I had stopped drinking as I was no longer seen at the bar and there was no empty bottles of alcohol scattered across the floor of my dorm. Apart from the obvious, I had also stopped being distant with everyone. Even though they had caught on, no one bothered to say anything about it but I did know that they were supportive of my decision to quit drinking.

Wandering out of the clubhouse nice and early, I began to walk over to Saint Thomas as I had planned to take a trip over there for another AA meeting. I had to walk it there due to me not having a car since I crashed mine in the accident leaving it not being able to get fixed.

When arriving at the meeting, yet again I was sat at the back of the room when a man's voice started to fill the room as he began to talk about his urges to drink and the reason behind his urges. During my meetings, I have been trying to listen to the stories that people spoke and take in every little detail of how they had overcome their fears.

A couple more stories had got spoken before the meeting had come to an end. As people had gotten up from their seats before scattering out of the room, I quickly took a breath before following them out, only to find Jax leaning against the door frame watching me. I just looked at him shocked before making my way over to where he is stood.

With the guys sometimes coming over to Saint Thomas and Tara working here, I had managed to escape anyone noticing that I was coming to meetings but it was clear that was cut short when Jax spotted me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"Tara had a check up with the doctor for her hand. I had came with her so she didn't have to go alone." Jax answered

"Oh -- How did it go?" I asked again as I quickly looked around to find Tara talking to Margaret Murphy.

"The doctor said things are looking good." Jax smiled leaving me to smile back.

Leaving Jax in his spot, I started to walk out of the room slightly brushing against Jax. Before I had managed to walk any further, Jax softly grabbed hold of my arm which stopped me in my tracks as he gestured me to stand in front of him.

"How long have you been going to the meetings for?" Jax questioned

"Today is the 4th time that I have come." I answered

"I'm glad that you are coming to talk to someone. You had us all worried for a minute." Jax slightly smiled.

"Yeah I was worried about me too. Things have been hard with Kozik and Pops gone, I just couldn't handle the pain that comes with their deaths." I muttered loud enough for Jax to hear.

"I know it has but we are all here for you during those hard times, okay? Don't ever forget that." Jax commented

"I know and I am forever grateful for you guys." I smiled

"You know, with the amount of times that you were driving out of the lot during the past couple of weeks, we all figured that you were off meeting Happy to do the dirty." Jax smirked

"And let me guess Tig tried to place bets on how true is it?" I smirked back

"You bet he did" Jax chuckled leaving me to shake my head.

"Are you heading start over to Piney's memorial now?" Jax spoke up again.

"Yeah I am. I said I would meet Opie and Happy over there once I was done here." I answered
