The Mechanic

Part 42

A couple of days had gone by since the recent situation with Tara and Gemma and tension has been floating around the club and the people involved which is understandable but that didn't stop me from coming to help with the shop again which when turning up to the place, I saw Happy sat at bar stool before standing up when he saw me walk in.

Unable to control myself, I rushed over to him as fast as I can with my huge pregnant belly before dragging him in for a tight hug which left him to let out a rare chuckle. We held that position for a while due to neither one of us wanting to let go.

After managing to finally removed ourselves from one another, we sat at the bar stool before Happy and I discussed how his trip went. After the conversation had come to an end, Happy couldn't take his eyes from my bump causing me to grab hold of his hand leaving him to rub my stomach.

"We should name her 'Rosie'" Happy suggested as I rested my head on his shoulder

"Rosie" I grinned looking down at my stomach before looking back up at Happy "I agree with you, we should name her that"

The exchange between Happy and I came to an end when the rest of the club crawled into the shop along with Unser. I excused myself from the room and sat outside the shop with Chucky to give them space to talk about important things.

Without another moment passing, the sound of a rock smashing against the window could be heard causing me to gasp in shock before Jax runs out of the shop after her with Happy, Juice and Tig trailing behind him. Chibs and Bobby helped me inside after checking up on me since I had just about missed the rock.

Once everyone had arrived back in the shop, Unser begans filling out the club on the kid whilst Jax placed himself next to me at the bar.

"It was Gary Putner's kid. She's been in and out of juvie and rebar since she was 12. Got a few problems" Unser stated, looking over at Jax.

"Yeah, and she's working them out with a pipe wrench." Jax scoffed

"Why my bike? I mean, really, do all teenage girls just hate me?" Tig huffed whilst he walked into the shop through window

"Yep" I answer causing the club to agree

"I'm glad you didn't hate me when you were a teenager" Tig claiming while he pointed over at me

"I was tempted" I smirked making the guys laugh

As the guys began to discuss the situation with the girl with the information Unser was currently giving them, I was in my own little world whilst I some ice-cream but that soon came to an end when the sheriffs turn up.

"Oh shit" Juice mumbled

"Think they're here cos of the girl?" Tig and I asked at the same time.

"Want me to go find out?" Unser questioned, looking over at Jax

"No I got it"

After speaking with the sheriff, some of the guys head out to club business whilst Jax orders Chibs and Juice to find the girl that smashed the window before following the rest of the guys.

Since there was nothing for me to do at the shop, I decided to call Gemma asking her for a lift to Diosa since Nero had just been released from prison due to him being found innocent after being accused a crime that he didn't commit.

Walking inside Diosa, we stumbled across Happy, Bobby and Jax talking to Nero which left a sense of awkwardness to rise as neither of us had any idea that they were there and also before things were still unresolved with Gemma and Jax.
