The Devils win against the Philadelphia Flyers tonight and I can't help but be so happy for the team.
Eden and I wind up where the post game interviews are going on and figure we figure we crash it.
I catch Jack and Dawson standing on the side waiting for someone to tell them who's going first. He catches me and winks.
"There's my girl" I hear Jack say to Dawson.
I smile blushing of him saying that to Dawson he's in a really good mood from that win.
"Does he realize that he's mic'd up?" Eden asks.
"I don't think so" I answer. "It's cute though" I smile to myself.
"Awwwwwh" Eden coos all happily.
"She's really beautiful" he mentions to Dawson which makes me blush.
"You tell us all the time" Dawson responds.
Holy shit he talks about me, a lot. It's cute.
By the time the interview starts and Jack is said to go first, he stands by the podium with the mics.
Pictures are being taken and the interviewers are all giddy.
The microphone gets handed to me and I freak out a little bit because I don't really know what to say but the Devils staff and Eden insist.
"Hey baby" he smiles as he gets ready to listen.
Did he just- in front of people?
I smile shyly "Hi- uhm how do you guys think you did this afternoon?" I ask.
"I think we did pretty good tonight. We won, communication amongst all of us was really great, we scored 5-2. Dougie kinda started that fire for us during the first round and we carried from then on. Now we just have to keep up and stay persistent" he finishes.
"Thank you" I reply as I hand the microphone back.
Jack steps away but steps back to the podium "I also just wanted to say that's my girlfriend, Rory Santos" he announces as I start blushing.
Jack messages me that he'll be waiting by the usual exit for me.

Eden tells me that she can't make it since she's styling someone the next morning. I walk her to her dad's office before meeting Jack at the exit.
"Ready?" he questions as I pull him for a hug.
"Yeah" I smile as he gives me a peck.
"We're going to that party later right?" I question as we head for his car.
